Best budget sub 200 yard scope I’ve found
Written on Jul 16, 2021
Review for
SightMark Wraith HD 2-16x28mm Digital Night Vision Rifle Scope, 50mm Tube, Second Focal Plane (SFP)
I bought a couple of these for 2 AR platform 350 legends. They do just what they claim. The included IR lights work very well out to 150 yards. I haven’t tried past that. It works great just before sunrise & at twilight without any extra light. If you need thermal imaging quality, spend the extra few thousand. But, if you want a good budget scope for hog hunting at 200 yards & closer, this is a great choice.

Good budget extended latch
Written on Jul 25, 2020
I’ve read some reviews that said the finish on the latch was too thick. I didn’t see this problem. Mine installed easily and worked perfectly. The finish looks more like a paint, but for the price, I can live with that. If you have a scope on your rifle, you’ll appreciate this latch.

Magpul Dust Covers

Review for
Magpul PMAG Dust/Impact Cover - Set of 3
They’re Magpul dust covers and they work like they should. What else would you expect from Magpul? I have Gen 2 magazines and they fit perfectly. They’re great at keeping dirt, dust and debris out of my range magazines.

Good enhanced polymer trigger guard
Written on Jul 25, 2020
Review for
Bravo Company Mfg Gunfighter Trigger Guard
This trigger guard fits well with no gaps. It’s as well made as any other brand name. Fit and finish is good. It’s a nice upgrade over the standard trigger guard. Installation was easy, and it comes with a new roll pin and set screw.

Good looking grip
Written on Jul 25, 2020
This grip looks as nice as any. It’s open at the bottom though if that matters to you. It feels good and has a textured surface that’s easy on the hand, but offers a secure hold. It’s a nice upgrade over the standard A2 grip.

Great budget 30mm mount
Written on Jul 25, 2020
This is a solid good looking mount. I’ve read other reviews that complained about the screws stripping out. This wasn’t a problem with mine. Be aware that there is only about 1 3/4 inches between the rings, so if you have a larger scope, it might not fit. I have a 4-16 power 44mm scope & it’s a very tight fit.
