after putting this on my rifle while trying to sight it in, the pin that holds it onto the rail came unglued, yes unglued they are trying to super glue a steel pin into an aluminum housing, so it keeps sliding down the rail into my face every shot, i personally called them wanting a full refund and was in a nut shell told i have to keep this or spend a bunch of time returning it over and over they wont even swap out for another optic of the same price, in my opinion if your not trying to refund money or sell something that isnt going to work thats the same as theft since i now have something that doesnt work and cant return it. DO NOT BUY NCSTAR! i cant say that enough, they are crooks and the 2 products i have are junk and wont even work as paper weights........but opticsplanet is amazing i will keep shopping here and i completly understand they are not responsible for the quality control of ncstar, but i would suggest they reconsider selling any of their products cause it could someday come back to bite them as a supplier of ncstar garbage, keep up the good work optics planet

its a nice lightweight sleek look for my pistol but only 1 of the 3 threaded inserts would accept the screw plus i cant adjust the laser since the assemblers either tightened the adjustment screws to much or the supplied allen wrench is the wrong size since all it does is slip definitely not worth the cost if you cant sight it in or place it were you like because of the improper quality contol employees or maybe the company itself just doesnt care, i just got it so i will be trying to replace/return it and then ill update this review, but as for recommending this i cant at this point not with these issues since mounting and accuracy is supposed to be what this is all about

its a nice set nothing fancy but it works to start out my color change and it give me a closer look to what i actually want in the future so as these wear out ill upgrade to something fancier.....maybe

good value and not bad looks i wasnt expecting much but it is what it showed looks good on my AR and really cant complain plus it matched in color to the other parts i got the xtra room from mil spec is also nice

great grip and feel good price i was only looking for something to replace my mil spec heatshield and this is way better by far biggest issue was probably my own since i got the red one is that now i had to put more red into my build lol

i was worried it wouldn't match the rest of the reds i put on my gun but i was supper surprised it all matches 3 sets from 2 different companies and it all matched the only issue was that the mag release button was threaded wrong but a quick call to guntec and they are sending out a fix right away, but as i was putting all this on a brand new gun alot of the included parts wasnt needed and are just in a box

im new to this so take what you will from this but its ok for its price but the loose hinge makes it seem like it should have cost less...alot less but i was trying to save money and not knowing what kind of optic to use i went with this to go with a red dot i had lying around also by ncstar so i think i probably goofed going with this set up but hopefully my mistake can save you somehow. in short buy something in a set over trying to match like i did or look for a scope in the same price range as this plus the actual sight it needs to magnify
