I bought this set to save money on buying the parts individually. The firing pin is sharper than the factory pin and therefore hits harder because the energy isn’t spread out over a larger surface. The extractor, however, chipped along the leading edge before I fired a single live round with it, presumably on a snap cap used to safely lower the hammer on this rimfire pistol. I called tandemkross and they sent out a replacement extractor and a label to send them the broken one so they can inspect it and try to correct any defect that it may have, but for a hardened steel part to break on a plastic snap cap is a little unnerving for a competition rimfire pistol, so I’m glad I had the factory extractor in a bag ready to go, I’ll keep it as a backup for sure now. The rebound springs seem shorter than the factory spring but they really don’t need to push very hard, just hard enough to keep the firing pin stop in the gun and the firing pin inside the bolt until the hammer drops. Overall, tandemkross parts have been reasonably priced, done what they said they would, and the company stood by their single small broken item, probably outspending the cost of the extractor that chipped on shipping labels to get me a new one and get their broken one back in for testing, which impressed me. Great to see a company serving rimfire pistol shooters with performance parts because that’s the future of introducing new shooters to the sport, and they’re just plain fun guns you can shoot 500 rounds

This thing is great, it comes with two buttons, a round one and a tear drop shaped one, it’s nitirded for durability, and it’s so easy to install with the factory Allen wrench that you need to take the grips off anyway, and even that is only for attaching the button to the extended latch stem. It feels more positive seating and dropping the magazine too, and it’s both longer buttons and a longer shaft protrusion for much easier reach for adults and my daughter, works equally well for us both.

I put this on a SigSauer P320 Full Size and it fits perfectly, just the right size. It is not too heavy, does not overwhelmingly weigh down the front of the pistol, and it was very simple to mount to the rail and get set up with the online instructions, which cannot be lost because they are not printed in a tiny book in five languages. Programming the laser and light was simple also and both are very bright. Fired 150 rounds of Underwood ammo 357 Sig through the gun with this light and laser combo attached and experienced no shifting point of impact, no breakage of bulbs, and no durability issues so far and that's some pretty punchy ammunition in a polymer pistol. The mounts did not loosen either, which is always a plus. The only drawback I can find is the availability of holsters but I intended to use this pistol for home defense anyway so that's irrelevant to me and I'm sure that the aftermarket will catch up or custom shops will step up to fill the vacuum if not.

I have two of these. One is matte black on my Ruger Gunsite Scout Rifle in 308 and the other stainless on my Super Redhawk 44 mag. The lenses are crystal clear. The one on my 308 has had the same zero on it for 4 years now despite shooting 20 to 80 rounds every range trip. Every time I take it to the range it shoots a 3 rounds cloverleaf at 100 yards right where the crosshairs are set. Adjustments are positive and turrets can be reset to zero after sighting in. The caps are a simple 2 full turns to take off and put back on and the warranty is idiot proof. Add to that the Nikon SpotOn ballistic match software that will make your dope cards for you and this is a cant lose scope especially at half the price of the Burris and with 2 more magnification settings. It's a very versatile scope as long as you understand that the eye relief will change about 4 inches throughout the power range. At 2.5 it's perfect for arms length on the pistol, while at 8x it's about right for the scout scope mount on the rifle which is closer than the end of my arms. Given the intended use you can improvise field positions to make the eye relief right for your power setting although it may not always be perfect off the bench, it's not a conventional scope. I own two of them, and I only bought the second recently, the first one has about 1200 rounds of 308, 4 states, and some hard use on it, so it's plenty durable.
