Ripped my swivel stud out on the second flip. However the stud kits for $10 at Walmart come with two longer studs you can repair it with. I use gorilla glue as an adhesive or (locktite) if you will to permanently secure it in. This however is very well built. I don’t recommend for rifles built out of any other material other than wood or metal because it will rip the swivel stud out. I will put it on my AR and just use a resting bipod instead for my hunting rifle.
I was expecting this perfect knife that will be surgical sharp and slice right through fish. It does not do good on some fish bones. My uncle says there’s such thing as a knife being too sharp with fish. Well this is a prime example. I think it’s soo sharp that it dulls easy. However I know it will be perfect for skinning game. So it’s worth buying for that. Cutting meat is sweet with this knife.
Bought this knife thinking it was the bee knees. The knives are good for skinning furry game. Unfortunately not scaled game. I was very disappointed. Knife dulled out super quick had to change two blades on just 11 fish. I expected better materials for $41+. Cheap feeling plastic and the actual metal rusts super quick. Just very disappointed in Havolon. Buy Albatross or SOG. If at home cleaning buy an electric fillet knife. In addition my uncle said when it comes to cleaning fish you CAN have a knife that is too sharp.
This is the perfect bang for your buck. Lightweight composite with storage. Seated perfectly and painted up nice. Totally worth the money great for a tactical survival rifle build. Would recommend to my friends.
Save your money and buy this trigger. Don’t waste it with anything else. Timney let me down big time. This trigger was instant badass after it was dropped in. Fire perfectly and smoothly no matter how rapid you fired.
A lot lighter in color than the picture looks. Nice grip though it’ll do for now. Kinda pinkish. I should’ve just bought the black one. Oh well it blends in is much as possible. Wish we could upload pictures on here
About 3 fingers on it and that’s it. Nice little backstop fore grip. I put some black athletic tape around it and it looks great. I will be getting a bi pod foregrip though. ........................................................ ..............
I don’t think it’s worth $30 maybe max $15. However it’s is a very nice addition especially when I have been having trigger issues with my build. Quick takedown it has a twisted slot and a straight slot for preference. Very sturdy.
Most 1-6x scopes are supposed to be rated up to 300yds. Well this one definitely won’t get you there. Sighted it in at 100yds and could just barely make my shots out on the sure shot targets. The design is nice max I’d recommend it for is 200yds with eagle vision. Clear optics. Lighted reticle doesn’t show during daytime. It does have focal adjustments which work well. To me it’s over priced at $250. Worth maybe $100.
Save you time. Buy rise armament. Bought this trigger and since day one had disconnect catch. Filed it down just a bit and still won’t work. Acts like dual stage modified to single or something. Get the rise armament aluminum with red case one not sure what’s the model number but it’s around $200-$209.
