Ripped my swivel stud out on the second flip. However the stud kits for $10 at Walmart come with two longer studs you can repair it with. I use gorilla glue as an adhesive or (locktite) if you will to permanently secure it in. This however is very well built. I don’t recommend for rifles built out of any other material other than wood or metal because it will rip the swivel stud out. I will put it on my AR and just use a resting bipod instead for my hunting rifle.
Pros:
- well built
- will work perfectly on picatinny rails
Cons:
- Rips swivel stud out
- kinda hard to pull back
- springs are to hard
Best Used for:
- tactical rifle
- mounting to picatinny rail
