The Zastava Arms USA M70 Scope Mount is a good mount for the ZPAPM70. Great design. Good quality overall but not great. Be aware that it is not made by Zastava Arms but is made for Zastava by Leapers UTG, who makes good budget-friendly products. The potential future failure point for this mount is the QD tensioner/locking arm. I have read other reviews about this. I have also read that the Midwest Industries scope mount is better quality but it of course costs more. Overall pleased with this product so far and hope it holds up long term. Therefore, I recommend it, especially when Optics Planet has it on sale. Optics Planet ordering/shipping is easy and fast.

The Troy Industries OpticsPlanet Exclusive Angled AR-15 MLOK Foregrip is a great value at the sale price I paid for it. The gray aluminum is awesome, and it is lightweight and well-built. Troy has a great reputation. I highly recommend this product and Optics Planet. Ordering was easy and fast.

The Sig OPMOD Romeo5 is a great optic for the price. I have 2 other black Romeo5s and I love the look of this OPMOD FDE version. Glass is clear, 2MOA dot is perfect for me, controls are easy on operate, and the MOTAC (shake awake) feature is awesome. Sig makes great optics, and I highly recommend this version. Optics Planet ordering is always easy and fast, and the price was good.

This semi-complete upper is what I needed and expected from my previous purchase of a TRYBE 16” 7.62x39 complete upper (MPN: UPPER16762X39). The uppers are identical with the exception of caliber. This upper just needs a .223/5.56/.300 BLK BCG and charging handle of your choice. I also plan to use it with my CMMG .22LR AR Conversion Kit. This upper is well-built with a nice HBAR 5R rifling barrel, which is the best part of the upper in my opinion. The fit is good but the finish is not…basic flat black matte that shows minor scratches to easily. Again, I expected this so no big deal. The 15” MLOK hand guard design with locking tabs is very nice so it offsets the finish. I recommend this as a good overall basic, entry-level upper.

First, let me say I was skeptical about ordering this since I know nothing about TRYBE Defense. But I took the plunge based on price and reviews. So far this seems to be an OK basic 16" 7.62x39mm AR-15 Upper. I still don't know who actually makes these for TRYBE Defense but I do know that the entire upper is very similar to the upper on my 16" Radical Firearms 7.62x39mm AR-15 Rifle (SKU RF01631). In fact, in a side-by-side comparison of the 2 uppers, the handguards are identical except my Radical has a better finish (TRYBE is basic flat matte). I mark this upper as 3 stars because of the finish and also because I can't find any markings on the barrel or anywhere on the upper indicating the caliber...kind of scary. As a result, for safety reasons, I felt compelled to spend a few extra bucks to order and install a YHM 7.62x39 Caliber Marked Dust Cover.

The Aero Precision M4E1 16" .300 Blackout Barrel Complete Upper Receiver is great. The EM-15 handguard is excellent and highly functional. This is the best AR-15 upper I own, and I highly recommend it to anyone wanting a high quality .300 AAC Blackout 16" barrel complete upper receiver.

Optics Planet should change the product description to 1/8" twist rate not 1/7" (as of Oct 2022). The barrel on my new Radical Firearms .300 AAC BLK 8.5" upper is clearly marked "300 BLK 1/8" so I called Optics Planet to inquire. They opened an inquiry and shortly afterwards I got 2 emails from them about how I could return the item. My concern was whether or not I could actually exchange it for a 1/7" twist barrel (is it available?). So I called Radical Firearms directly. They said they no longer make 300 BLK 1/7 barrel uppers (all their current 300 BLK uppers are 1/8 twist), which is why the item/SKU # I ordered from Optics Planet with a 1/7 twist is actually listed as "Discontinued" on Radical Firearms' website. Also, the top right front corner of the 7" FGS handguard has a minor clip, and the matte finish is as flat and basic as you get. However, Radical's customer service was great and, as always, Optics Planet customer service is great, which is why I give this transaction 4 stars, and I think I'll keep the upper rather than sending it back to Optics Planet.
