I currently run this safety on 4 different lowers. Have been using this selector style for at least 5yrs now. I use it for 3-Gun. I use it for precision rifle. I use it for my home defense rifle. I use it for my hunting rifle. Clearly my preferred selector. Lightweight. Easy to use. Easy to reach with thumb. Non-dominant side is easy to reach with knuckle of index finger. Once broken-in, it operates smoothly, with a positive engagement/disengagement. Mine have taken a ton of use/abuse over the years too.
Minor complaints: when new, it’s stiff and takes some pressure to operate. Non-dominant side is probably a bit bigger (how far it sticks out from receiver) than it needs to be. I find the corners on the non-dominant side to be a little sharp/pointy for my knuckle.

Great glass and with the Tremor 3, reticles just don’t get much better. Turrets feel great but the turret lock is a little weak, could stand a little more travel and more positive engagement. Generous eye box. No problems with needing to be close and at a narrow angle in order to look through the glass.
The illumination is a bit of a joke. I initially thought the battery I installed must be dead. Nope, it’s just that dim. Will only be useful at dusk, or so I suspect.
I may also be having issues with my glasses but the parallax adjustment could stand to be a bit more “fine”. It’s easy to go from “too close” to “too far” without ever getting things quite as sharp as they should be.

Handy, works great. Added to my chrono and spotting scope to more easily move between mounting platforms. Plate includes mounts for MLOK as well as the standard 1/4” x 20tpi hardware. As with every Area 419 product I’ve ever purchased, the quality is second to none.

I bought with intent of using for competitive shooting. As someone with hearing sensitivity, I can’t get the amplification low enough to keep it from being way too loud, all the time. Used them in my woodworking shop, but never tried shooting with them as they were just way too loud.
The BT quality wasn’t what I expected either. Lots of static and “crackling” when connected to my iPhone 8+.
Lastly, I can’t find replacement tips on the company’s website and they are not listed in Comply foam’s extensive catalogue. I think they are probably the same size as my Jabra buds but I’m going to have to keep trying different ones, hoping I can get a better fit.

Have one mounted on my Galil ACE (7.62 NATO) and one on my MSR-10, using it for target engagement too close for my scope. Will be adding one to my 12GA soon. Quick zero. Not affected by the recoil. Seems very well made.

Have been using these for a while, after seeing them discussed on In-Range. Have one for my Savage MSR-10 models and another for my Galil ACE. The MSRs connect via quick-release at two locations. Despite the difference in length (PRS stock w/ 22” barrel on one of them), the VTAC is flexible enough that no adjustments to the end straps are required. Galil is set up the same way, but has an HK-hook at the butt attachment, to accommodate the proprietary stock. Getting the strap adjusted “just right” can take a bit. I had to change how the tail slides, requiring me to establish a different layout for the buckles, in order to accommodate a chronic neck condition. Again, sling is VERY flexible, but you may have to work at it for a bit to get the fit “perfect”.

I purchased mine elsewhere, a while back. Paid close to MSRP. Even at that price I like it enough to buy again. Doesn’t make noise. I roll my hood like we did the ones on the old 1st & 2nd gen ECWS Gore-Tex jackets (army). Stays nice and tight against back of neck (cutting the wind), provided I zip all the way.
Coat is long enough to cover my IWB full-sized H&K P30. With ease. Can draw if needed without too much hassle from the jacket hem and there are zippers on each side (3:00 & 9:00 positions) that extend up from hem, allowing even more mobility if I feel I am in a threatening environment and may need to draw.
