C&H makes a quality product (reason for the 2 stars) but this particular plate for the 43X/48 MOS mounts the RMR/SRO only by the two mounting screws. Perfect Fit
This optic plate for my Glock 43X MOS was a perfect fit! Look forward to sighting it in at my next range day!

Wanted to love these
These plates look great, but are NOT duty/mil grade. Their customer service is meh at best, absolutely horrible at worst. Just do some online searching before you buy.
So, my optic took a bump during training and everything loosened up. It was properly torqued to spec and thread locker was used. Since I can't live with this I started torture testing three guns with three C&H plates. They all failed to be what is best described as bombproof. So disappointed because I wanted to believe in the company.
Too late to get a refund and C&H doesn't stand behind their products. Their T-nut concept seems great but it's not robust or durable. Frankly, I would take my chances with MOS plates than this overpriced trash.
Bottom line: If your pistol goes in a holster, look elsewhere.

Superb for a duty Glock
The V4 mounting plate from C&H is the best you can buy. It's spendy but the quality is there and it's bombproof. If keeping weight low matters, this design helps.
Fit and finish is top notch. It comes with all the screws you'll need and they all have threadlocker pre-applied. Be sure to dry fit all parts so you'll use the longest T-nut screws without bottoming out. The stainless steel screws mount the plate to the gun. Torque everything to 12-15 in/lbs.

Very high quality, sits on G43X MOS very snug...
I purchased this for use on my G43X MOS. The adapter plate is designed and machined very accurately. The plate sits in the MOS cutout perfectly with no noticeable wiggle room. I mounted my Holosun 507K onto the plate and installed the screws. The optic sits level and there are no gaps between the optic and the adapter plate.

perfect for mounting the Holosun 507k/407k
The C&H Precision Weapons v4 MIL/LEO adapter plate for the Holosun 507k/407k does exactly what it says. Its a high quality plate and easy to install. I like how it is pretty low profile so the optic sits almost flush. Great for 1/3 co-witness on my Glock 43X MOS with ameriglo GL-351 sights. I actually used it for mounting the 407k. I'd recommend this adapter plate and any adapter plate made by C&H Precision - I've had nothing but great experiences with their products.
