Best of the bunch...
AR15s in 7.62 are notoriously fickle about magazines and mine is no different. I have several 5rd and 30rd mags from other manufacturers and all of them needed dremel-work to get them to feed properly. Not so the C-products 10rd mag. This one worked great right out of the box. I'll likely pick up a few more.
Not for Steel Case Bullets
I bought this hoping that it would work with my Bear Creek 7.62x39 upper, the answer is, it depends. When I loaded Steel Cased bullets the rounds hang up in the magazine. I checked YouTube and there were all sorts of fixes to the various mags from different manufacturers, unfortunately none of the fixes pertained to the issues with this particular magazine. There are two dimples on each side of the curved top of the magazine. When you manually push a bullet forward, the recess between the primer base and the main body of the cartridge is hung up on the first dimple, then, as you continue to push the round forward, the second dimple again hangs up the round. It takes quite a bit of effort to get the steel case round to eject from the magazine. Also, I think that the corrosion prevention coating on the casings deter the round from smoothly ejecting from the magazine. I haven't been able to cycle, let alone shoot, a single steel cased round.
On a positive note: This magazine seems to like BRASS casings which seem to cycle quite nicely.

Pros:
- Works with Brass casings
Cons:
- Won't work with Steel casings

Works as Described!!!
Needed a spare mag and this worked as described. Each round cycle without any issues. Would recommend if looking for a spare mag.

Does the job
I have about 4 or these, prefer the 5 or 10 round mags for bench shooting, sighting in, etc. I have used them in quite a variety of builds, have never had an issue with the magazine.

Excellent product.
I have several of these for my 7.62x39 AR's. The 5 and 10 round mags are the same length. The 20 has quite a curve in it and for a good reason. They feed anything I put in them, even cast lead bullet reloads. No sharp edges, flaws or complaints. These are good magazines.

7.62 x 39 AR Duramag review
The mag has a plastic (or polymer) follower which is non binding. The mag has letoff of the spring to allow it to be inserted into the gun when loaded to capacity (5 rounds). The mag is "drop free" in my CMMG receiver. (another plus)
Pros:
- Non tilt follower, and drop free
Cons:
- Stainless steel? A magnet will stick to mag body.
Best Used for:
- Hunting, bench shooting
Would recommend: Yes
Best 7.62x39 AR 15 Mags I've Found
Most reliable I've found on market at this time. C Products are the Best Available unless PMag ends up making some in the future. I found the 20 rounders work best at 19 rounds, as well as the 28 round only load to 27. For some reason the 10 and 30 rounders can be filled to stated capacity.
Pros:
- reliable
Cons:
- Not exactly the cheapest but reasonable
Would recommend: Yes
