13 lbs spring
I really Love the feel of the steel spring. The thin lips of the plastic one are bending in mine. Everytime I take it out it's like barely hanging in bending more so I got a stell one and it feels amazing.

13lb recoil spring for glock 43x
Bought the 13lb spring, installed it, and immediately it doesn’t have any hold on the slide. Has a ton of movement, almost like it’s worn out. Everytime I dry fire the slide moves somewhere around a quarter to half inch to the rear and then lurches back forward. Contacting customer service I assume....

Pistol was flipping too much durning recoil, saw where you sold heavier mainsprings. Purchased a 19lbs mainspring, problem solved...

stainless steel guide rod assembly G 43,43x,48
I haven’t been to the range just get but I’m pretty sure it will function in my 43x. I brought the 17lb the same as the oem. I wanted to try a stainless guide rod to help with adding weight as well as helping with the recoil. I bought the black anodized stainless steel option so it could mimic the oem plastic guide rod. The spring was super stiff as predicted because it’s new. I constantly racked the slide to break it in, to give it the same concept as if it was being fired; as well as leaving the slide locked back when I wasn’t tinkering with the weapon to help break in too. I can’t wait to go the range as I have added a few things to my weapon. I would recommend buying this, it’s good quality and I would definitely buy this again from Optics Planet. Enjoy and be safe Gunners!!

Feed issues
Thought going from stock 17 to a 15 wouldn't change much. But after install an test shots it ran nicely for a few times but keeper feeding improperly. Which I know was a possibility going with s lighter spring. Used two different brands of ammo had same effect.
Pros:
- Smooth racking
Cons:
- Feed issues

If Ported, buy the 15lb
I have a few ported 43x/psa micro dagger and these springs are great in those. I run the 15lb in most. I have one that’s over-ported and I run the 13lb spring. I have the 43x with the ramjet and run the 15lb in that also. I only use factory/store brought ammo.

Stainless Steel is the way to go
Stainless Steel makes it a little heavier and has a more premium feel.
I think the spring is well tuned and it shoots better.
solid than stock polymer one.
good product from centennial as always.

Some people give bad reviews cause theyre not Knowledgeable about topics.
So im a firm believer in glock guide rods after gen 3 have been garbage. I have a tungsten in my g19 absolutely love it and have well over 10k rnds through that. I didnt want tungsten for the g43 due to trying to keep it as light as possiible sinces its my edc.
This is worth the buy 100% feels like its made well and i wanted to wait to have at least 500 rnds through it before doing the review. Not a single malfunction and anybody that says you don't feel the recoil or the difference in it is lying to you or they don't shoot guns often and no matter what they they wouldn't know the difference because they're too scared of any gun and The recoil.
I got a 17 lb version so that's the same as stock and I can feel a big difference I wish I could test out the 19 lb may end up getting one of those just to see the difference. Wish I could buy just the springs.
Also dont take a brand new g48 and shoot a few rnds and blame the guide rod also why would put a guide rod in a brand new glock? Shoot stock before you uograde so you know what you need to upgrade. Ita usually never the gun its the shooter thats the problem.
