Huge, heavy, HD, etc. Not sure how to attach to pole, no holes in head's base neck, but I'll figure it out. This spear is massive, ya. Optics planet with free ship is clearly best price around. If you are even thinking about a pig hunting spear, omg, get this.

It's HUGE!!!
I wasn't prepared for how big this spear actually was. I did read that the point was 18 inches, but the overall length of the spear wasn't mentioned. It came in two packages - one for the point and one for the shaft. The shaft is about 6 feet long and 1.5 inches in diameter. The blade width is 3.5 inches. It's hardly a throwing spear. It is well-made and substantially built. The point is already quite sharp. If you're planning on using it for display, as I am, be aware you need a long space. If you're thinking of hunting, just be aware it's more of a jabbing/thrusting spear than a throwing one. There are 11.5 inches forward of the two stops. I hung mine horizontally over two sliding glass doors.
