I have 4 of these
Mirroring what Todd said, these are the prefect size for an IFAK. In mine I have 2 chest seals, quick clot, Israeli bandage, booboo kit and attached to the side molle, a TQ holder, CAT, and med shears. I have these on plate carrier #1, another I move between plate carrier #2 and a range belt, another in my EDC bag (velcro part), and another I move between my truck and shooting range back. If you want to carry enough med supplies for 2 people, definitely go with the bigger Condor rip away pouch. A rip away med kit pouch is the way to go, and this is the best value option to go with especially...

No Fuss, No Muss... Basic & Functional
As the title says...
It's very basic and very functional.
There isn't much that can be wrong with this item. The construction quality is there. I'm sure it isn't perfect, but I've neither looked not noticed.
Who would anyway?
I used this pouch to put together a 1st Aid Kit and to attach it to my SOG Responder Bag using the MOLLE system.
Mercifully, I haven't had to use the kit yet, but it's good to know that it's there when it's needed.
For what it is, it is a little spendy though.

Perfect size for an IFAK
This pouch is the perfect size for an IFAK. It tucks under my strong arm on my PC and doesn't interfere with my arms range of motion. The size is large enough to hold everything you need for a traumatic injury IFAC without being so large that you want to put items that you don't really need in it. Highly recommended.
