Beware of crimson trace - Crimson Trace Front Activation Green Lasergrip for 1911 Government/Commander

I own five (5) Crimson Trace products. About a month ago, the Green Lasergrip for my Government 1911 quit working. I sent the Lasergrip directly to Crimson Trace for repair or replacement. I was excited when I opened the box, but my jaw dropped when I found they had sent me a RED laser instead of a Green one. I immediately e-mailed Crimson Trace and they responded by telling me that their technician had recorded the laser serial number and it corresponded to a RED one and they would not be sending me a replacement GREEN one. I learned two vital lessons during my experience with Crimson Trace. One, take a photo of the grip you are sending them; and two, NEVER do business with these people! I was so mad because they took the attitude that I was attempting to steal from them when THEY stole a GREEN laser from me! Honestly, all of us shooters know EXACTLY what we have on our firearms, down to the minute scratches, and they think I mistakenly sent them a RED laser instead of a GREEN one? LOL!

I will NEVER do business with Crimson Trace again, and I urge you to do the same!
