Cryptic Black Nitride & Phosphate BCGs
I've purchased Cryptic's Black Nitride and Manganese Phosphate BCGs and for the price you get a really good mil-spec BCG. The black nitride BCG is super slick, easy to clean and runs great, however, the carrier and the carriers gas key don't come chrome lined. The phosphate version does come with a ...

Decent BCG
Bolt came packaged jn cheap clear plastic clam shell similar to packaging for a cheap knife you’d find on the end isle at an outdoor outfitters. Bolt is very stiff inside carrier. Is difficult to remove for dissemble and bolt literally has to be slammed back into carrier to reassemble. Staking on ga...

Excellent!!
This thing is slick, very slick. The bolt functions just perfectly, as I expected it to. I was really happy with the clean up. Just wipe everything down and dry it up. So much easier to clean than anything else I’ve had. The carbon comes right off. Excellent!
Pros:
- smoother action
- Super slick
- Ease of cleanup
Cons:
- price
Best Used for:
- Sending Freedom Seeds!

best bcg out there
I have cryptic Bcg on all my rifles. No brainer new build would have this one on there. As described and worth the money.

stunning BCG
This is now the second bcg I have purchased from cryptic. The first one was all it took to win me over! I got the ar10 cryptic for my 308 and after 500 rounds it operated flawless and cleaned up with nothing more than some clp and a rag to wipe it clean!
Therefore leading to this purchase for my new Daniel Defense build

expensive but shiny
This bcg is awesome I now own 3: two 5.56 and one .308 mystic bronze midnight and silver respectively they are all just simply outstanding they cycle so smoothly. Now pair them with a jp silent capture spring system as I have done and you have a smooth operating, brass slinging sick nasty looking firearm that gently kisses your shoulder with recoil while reminding everyone around you like customizing your guns just a bit too much

Open box special
Buy this bcg, it's well made and has a high quality finish. The coating is top notch, machining and staking is well done. The one I ordered was a display open box special. Absolutely no complaints.
Pros:
- Finish , feel and funstions as it should
- Coating all even no missed spots
Cons:
- None
Best Used for:
- self / home defence
- ar 15

Great product Cryptic BCG NiB
Well manufactured. From the gas key staking to bolt everything looks great and its well made. Shot some rounds with the BCG and worked flawlessly. That being said so far its working great. Going to the range to fully break it in.

my 5th Cryptic BCG so far, and love them all
I've built for myself, and my fiance, 4 5.56 Ar15's, and one SBR .300 BLACKOUT, in which every single one has a full mass cryptic BCG (RANGING IN COLORS FROM GOLD TO MYSTIC MIDNIGHT). I've also purchased 2 low mass Cryptic BCG (Gold and Bronze) for my fiance and I in case we would like to mess around one day at the range and try to dial in two of our Ar's as a light mass build w our AGB in bleed off mode. There is literally no other BCG on this planet that I've come across that is superior to these, and I mean literally nothing is better. BCM (Bravo Company) makes a wonderful bolt, same with Rosco (Bloodline), and of course the JP enterprises and Geissele are top contenders as well, but still don't have the same awe factor and buttery, silky smooth action as these cryptic bcg's. They are out of the box, no lubrication, more slick and have a friction coefficient so low that without lube they are more silky than any other bcg well oil'd. Now, Bcm bcg's have a proven duty related track record, and I love those ones as well, but still had to go with the Cryptic for ease of cleaning and how amazingly smooth the action is.
