glock 43x recoil reduction
Does not reduce recoil. This company should pay me for wasting my time and money.
Opticsplanet is a BLESSING.
I generally don't write reviews, however, I feel it's the least I can do to show my extreme gratitude to Opticsplanet.com. I personally believe DPM TRIPLE spring guide rods are the best for Glock and every other pistol manufacturer (UNLESS, you have a Glock 19 and can run the Kynshot hydraulic guide rod, which is whatI have in my Gen6 Glock 19). We ran 200+ rounds with it and not 1 failure to feed. DPM charges 89 Euros, which I believe translates to about $103. Opticsplanet charges $99 AND you can use your Opticsplanet bucks and save even more, much better shipping, especially not getting held up in customs coming from Greece. So I've been putting together my Mrs.' edc , a Glock 42. One of the last pieces I needed was this guide rod for her. I finally decide it's time, I get on their website and couldn't believe what I was seeing... $30.49 and it was "the last one". I gratefully jumped on it. I checked back a day or two later and they had restocked at normal price (which is still LESS than DPM.com and completely understandable). I have no words to fully express my thanks. My wife and I work in healthcare, but not nurses and don't make a truckload of money. It was a blessing for sure. Opticsplanet has always done right by us in the past, I've bought many iron night sights and other accessories. I plan on continuing to give them my business for years to come. Thank you very much to the people at Opticsplanet.

The DPM Systems solution is not perfect but it's that best I have seen to date. I can speak with experience that these work. On the Glock 19's, 43x and 48. I have also use them with the Hundson H9 and even Ruger SR40c and SR9c. They even work with the Glock 21 and 460 Rowland. If you can get the soft model for the Glock 43x and 48 you will really be able to tell the difference. I have also spoken directly with Dimitrius- the founder of the DPM Systems company. He is a very nice guy with little time on his hands. But he still found time to custom manufacture a DPM Systems recoil for my Hundson H9, and 2 of my Ruger SR*c's when no other solutions were offered for those pistols. The DPM- Sys. Recoil are also offered for AR-15's and Ak47's- I have experience with them as well and they work too. For the AR's consider using the DPM buffer with a David Tubes flat spring you will thank me.

dpm systems are amazing
I have these on several of my pistols now. When on sale they are worth every dollar. The recall reduction, it's minimal. However, they make the pistols run so much more reliable. Love this product.

softer recoil
This is absolutely not necessary, however if you’re running a comp or suppressor it does help with follow up shots pretty noticeably. The return to center is just ever so slightly faster with my red dot but it adds up quickly.
Pros:
- quick return and softer recoil
Cons:
- Expensive
Best Used for:
- compensator or suppressor
