Most Helpful Negative Review Not Ambidextrious

Fit and finish is great, but is definitely not an ambi charging handle. When the right paddle is pulled, the left paddle and latch does not move and stays locked on the upper receiver. I am very disappointed in this product because of this single flaw.

manages gas better than radian

I have this on my 11.5 and a Radian SD on my 14.5, I think it manages the gas much better, like significantly better. The problem I'm having with the charging handle is that it's flimsy. If I dont pull straight back, it twists and binds up. That's a solid no-go for me.

So I’ve got one of these on an AR-15 and I tired Brand x for my AR-10 now I know all of you gun enthusiasts love the the smell of cordite but when running suppressed and the cycle gas gets vented in your face like a crop dusting in the supermarket aisle it can turn your manly (or womanly) day at the range into coughing and black boogers. This charging handle works as advertised period. Great product, got a decently sized ambi grasp and most importantly it vents that freedom loving gas away from your face. At this point it’s going to be the only type of charging handle I buy.

Really Works!

I have recently started running suppressed.
And have been upgrading and making changes as needed. This charge handle is well worth the money. And works as described!
I would not recommend for a left hand shooter as one main gas port exits right side of handle.
All and all great product!!

Match that with there buffer and it makes for a very smooth and solid rifle!

gas discharges away from face
larger levers

Cons:

not available in hot pink

Best Used for:

Running suppressed
ever day use

Doesn’t work for my 300 BO subsonic suppressed rounds

I am shooting a 10.5” subsonic 300 blackout carbine that has a CAT ODB (Old Dirty Bast@#d) suppressor. Perhaps it is the flow through design of the suppressor, but if I fire multiple rounds with about 20-30 seconds between rounds, I get a face full of gas that comes right through the charging handle port that sits in front of my face. It seems odd to me to put a vent port on the handle right at the end of the handle. In any event, I am not sure that this handle doesn’t make the gas worse and more direct than a plain charging handle.

Ambi feature is nice

Cons:

Gas port at the end of handle right in front of your face.

Good charging handle- doesnt manage gas

This is a decent charging handle but doesn’t deliver on the promise of reducing blowback. I’ve found the Armageddon Tactical to be far superior in this regard.
