Harris is one of those brands whose products have endured over the decades. Good design, well-executed, with a range of products to fit individual needs. Chosen by hunters and the military, handed down generations, their quality is a reputation that was earned. I selected the Harris S-BRM because it's the one selected by the military for the MK12 SPR that I'm building a clone of. It's easy to understand why it was chosen.

I have been a fan of Harris bipods for decades. I still like certain features about the Harris more that Atlas. Harris feels sturdier with less wobble when loaded. The quick deploy legs have always been a great feature. Just wish Harris would start offering a pan option rather than swivel.

I have used this bipod at the range from a bench rest position and it worked excellent. The mount is secure, legs easy to adjust, and minimal play when the bipod is loaded. Very pleased with the purchase.

Great value for a bipod that tilts and mounts to a traditional sling swivel studs. There is an adjustment knob to help set tilt in place; it would be nice if it was easier to grab and place pressure on system without purchasing an aftermarket lever. I bought one and then bought a second so that I didn’t have to move quite as much and my son could use it as well.
Best Used for:
- mointing to traditional sling swivel studs

Just bought this bipod. Took it to the range twice, both times after firing less then 30 rounds the mount came loose to where the platform of the mount was no longer in contact with the rifle. The only thing still connected was the tiny cheap pins that connect to the sling mount. Also the legs changed adjustment from the recoil and ended up being at different lengths making it super hard to stabilize the gun when you don’t realize one leg keeps collapsing after each shot. As someone else said the weld in the base plate is super poorly done, immediately makes me question quality control. I thought this based on other reviews, not sure if their experience levels but this is in my opinion not a relatable bipod. I’ve spend the money on an atlas and hope it serves better than 30 rounds and then falling off. Super disappointed.

Great little bipod. Massive upgrade from a Caldwell without breaking the bank. Detents are incredibly helpful and the tilt action is awesome. Combined, they let you easily get level by offsetting legs or tilting. Auto-centering spring steel piece is a great little feature to automatically center the tilt when pressure is taken off. Then you can crank the thumbscrew down to lock it in on center. Starter springs on the legs are awesome. Quieter than cheaper versions. Contact point has rubbery liner and is a big contact patch which helps when attaching to strange stocks (I use it on a very square-stocked Boyd AT-One). Surprisingly light bipod overall too. Highly recommend!
Pros:
- Lightweight
- adaptability
- Strong
- Adjust Easily

I have several Harris Bi-Pods and they are all the best. They work just fine and are a pleasure to use.
