Great optic especially with the amber reticle
If you're like me and have issues with astigmatism I highly recommend the amber/gold colored reticle. It picks up very easily and doesn’t star out/blur like the red/green does (or at least for me).

Wrong Aems
I ordered the Aems Pro X2 GD sight. I was sent a regular AEMS sight that was green and not gold. Someone took out the gold aems pro x2 and put a non aems in the original box!! Very, very disappointed! This is the second issue that I was sent a product that was missing parts.

Great on an MP5
I've been looking at this optic for quite some time, and when it recently went on sale, I pulled the trigger. The mount works great with the diopted sights on my Zenith MP5 so it still allows me to use those should something go wrong with the optic. The reason for the one dropped star is the instructions (and design) of the protective lens covers. Little springs have to be transfered and the manual has ZERO useful instructions. ChatGTP did offer useful insight but that shouldn't be the starting point. I also had to turn down the brightness because out of the box there was LOTS of halo reflection. Turning the brightness down wasn't a big deal and doesn't impact the actual usage, but it did dimisih the initial impressions.

Thats about it. The unit is not that durable. I would be hesitant to drop and expect it to work afterwards. Plastic covers scratch instantly and then must be opened for a clear view. The enclosed emitter is subject to glare issues in full sun and there are strange reflections from the emitter and emitter box into the plane of view. It might be good for a cheap pistol build but as a primary optic on a 9mm sub or AR build? Keep looking.

Solid Sight
Solid sight for the Springfield Kuna. Does the job and looks great. Ordering the low plate for absolute cowitnessing. Happy either way

big picture, easy target acquisition
Picked up the Pro last year for my G Wagon build and loved the performance so much I picked up a second one for my SHTF rifle. Big picture window, easy to pick up target and the reticle options are perfect

Great Optic

Light weight with a nice big sight picture. The durability is good and the battery lasts a long time. The flip lenses are so clear you don’t even need to flip them up
