Holosun HE507C-GR-V2 Green Dot Sight
I put this on my 1911 with a dovetail adapter and the sight is awesome. Very accurate and easy to sight in. Solar panel on top is nifty and multiple brightness levels are good. Looks and performs great on my 1911. Green over red is worth the extra money imo.
Pros:
- Sight will power on with movement and cut off on its own after time
- While under the sun sight will work without battery
- Dot stays on center from any angle you look through it
Cons:
- Hard to clean edges of glass with out a qtip, smudges easy

Holosun HE507C-GR-V2
The sight had a strong review going in but only after a few months of dry practice and less than 40 rounds experienced a failure to show the circle. I sent the sight back to Holosun per their instructions on 2-25-2021 and have yet to hear from them or even to get an email reply or phone message reply to my emails and calls. The date is now 4-20-2021 and I am still waiting on their 12 day turnaround. At this time, although the sight itself has many features and I would like to use it, I cannot recommend because of the lack of reliability and Servive.

Holosun HE507C-GR-V2 Green Dot
I have 20+ years experience in military SOF and have used multiple weapon platforms in combat. I have used Night Force•, Elcan*, Leupold*, Trijicon•, EoTech*, and Aimpoint* optics in training• and most of those in combat*. This is the first time using a Holosun product and it was mounted on a range toy. I'm impressed with the quality of this sight.
- Placed this sight on my Micro Conversion Kit that houses a Glock 17 Gen4. The mount used for the Holosun is an American Defense Trijicon RMR SOCOM height.
- The mount provides the perfect height for cowitness with pop up iron sights.
- The glass is extremely clear with little to no discoloration to my eyes. The green reticle and setting for it are crisp, clear and much easier to pick up than red.
- The 32 MOA reticle makes it extremely easy to acquire the green dot for target acquisition.

Would Buy again
This holosun red dot sight has moved up to be my favorite red dot sight. This side is rugged accurate holds its zero and suits my needs very well.I shoot a lot of painted white AR500 steel plates and on a bright day this sight really excels the dot is bright enough to see without even needing to have it on the maximum brightness setting.

Holosun optic
Fast shipping great product! Bolted right on and didn’t even have to sight it in. Very light weight and bright. I looked at several different options but landed with this one. I would highly recommend if you don’t want to break the back.

Love this optic and reticle
Very happy with the red dot. The green is berry visible and gets really bright. Love the shake awake feature of this product. The quality is amazing and the battery can easily be replaced without zeroing all over again. Going to order another one in the red.

My Favorite Red Dot Sight
First the bad. . . It's a little heavier than many others in this price range (for example, the Vortex Venom and the Burris FastFire 3) and its included Picatinny mount could have a somewhat lower profile. That aside, everything else about this sight is fantastic. It looks great, it's built like a tank, the 3-reticle design is incredible, and the green dot is easier to see. With the dot-in-the-circle as your chosen reticle, acquiring the dot is painless and is impossible to miss. The up/down buttons are large, and so having a slightly heavier sight to accommodate these buttons is worth it. Easy battery exchange. Beautifully built and beautifully packaged.

Exactly what I wanted
I wanted an optic for my pistol with a focus on quick target acquisition and I thought the dot+ring would be perfect for that based on difficulty I had in the past with finding the dot on dot only optics. I was concerned because I saw other reviews that said the dot+ring is “busy” on a pistol sight but I actually love it for The shooting I’ve done shooting from 5 to ~35 yards. Admittedly if your goal is precision, I noticed at 20 yards it’s a bit hard to put the dot on the bullseye through the glare of the ring, but you can always switch to just the dot by holding down the minus button for a second or two. I leave it on at all the times and confirms it turns off on its own and the shake awake function works perfect. I’ve racked the slide using the sight on tables and other hard edges and no scratches or anything weird at all. Super happy with the purchase

Came a day early, packaged nice and safely. It mounted right up using my slide cover screws. Came with a bunch of screws but they were too big for my slide holes. The dot looks crisp and bright. It’s really cool how as you move through the house the auto brightness kicks in or dims down. I like cycling through the dot options. I have a bunch of their other sights. I prefer buying the circle with the dot. I’ll be buying another one I wish they were an American company but they have a great product so I buy them.

Nice green micro dot
Haven't used this sight yet, as I am waiting for Walther to send me the optics plate I requested. However, build quality is typical Halosun: well built, battery tray on the side, green reticle is sharp and clear, and this sights functions work as advertised.

- Pricey & you will need a torque limiter if you want exact specs but thats not a huge deal.
