Great deal for IR/White
Put light on 308 put rounds down range. Light still works great.Even mounted up near muzzle break shy of ports. Have another inforce single cell light, never any issues. IR mode is impressive with very little naked eye giveaway. 4 small IR diodes. The light is very light lol. If your foregrip is und...

Does not work. Save your money
I have several of the first Inforce lights to come out, decided to upgrade to a high power light so I can see farther in open area tactical situations. This light works when it feels like it, which is hardly ever. I would definately not trust my life with it, I tried to return it, but could not get ...

Works great, blends in too.
When mounted it looks like it was part of the Kel-tel sub 2000. Colors matched. Multi functions, I really like the strobe feature. Great flashlight for interior clearing.
Pros:
- Color, price, weight and features.
Cons:
- Was hard find.
Best Used for:
- Rifles

Good light. Good price.
This light is obviously not as tough or versatile as a surefire, but it works well and can stand up to rough duty use. I've used them on personal firearms and duty/work guns. They have lasted through the muzzle blast of thousands of rounds through Mk-18's but the heads plastic outer shell has melted slightly over time. (This of course will only occur if left mounted in such an exposed position.) The QD mounting system is also nice in the event you need to use the light without it being on a gun.
Pros:
- Price
- Quick Detach
- Good controls
- Good Quailty
Cons:
- plastic parts
Best Used for:
- general / duty

Awesome light!!
This is the first weapon light that I have bought. And it's awesome!! I got it for my Tavore TS12 and it makes an already impressive gun even more so. If you want to spend hundreds more on another light, go ahead. You do you brother or sister. But, there's no need for all that. This light doesn't disappoint, and at a fraction of the price of many other weapon lights out there. That's money that could be spent elsewhere.
Pros:
- Super Bright
Cons:
- can't think of any
Best Used for:
- Seeing stuff in the dark

Not worth the Extra Money
I have Gen 2 Inforce Lights and Love them. Unfortunately, they keep raising the Price of these, making them more and more difficult to Justify Purchasing… I think I Paid $85 for the 1st one I bought Several years ago… Now they want $140 for the standard Gen 2 and $30 MORE for this IR Model. Yeah, it’s IR, it Works, But it’s not worth $160+ Dollars…. That’s why I sent it back.
Pros:
- light weight
- Easy to mount
- works
- easy to change battery
- easy to manipulate
Cons:
- cost
- Basic
Best Used for:
- LE and Military
- Home defense

Professional use weapons light
I would say a majority of our local swat team use this light on their rifle. I damaged mine slamming my rifle on a cement floor. The light actually still worked but sometimes the besil would lose connection as the metal sleeve had been shifted inside. Contacted inforce and they fixed it for free. This light eliminates the need for pressure pads and wires that are sure to catch on stuff and short out overtime. Hopefully I will have one on each of my rifle someday.
Pros:
- durable
- bright
- great company
- No wires needed
- 45 degree activation button
Cons:
- None
Best Used for:
- Everything up to and including professional work
Would recommend: Yes

Don't buy it
Worked for 10 seconds and failed. Read instructions, bought new propietary batteries, searched internet for help... inyernet says its the battery terminals, i think its thw white/IR switch. Regardless, a $130 tactical flashlight should work perfectly. RMAing it back to OP for another brand.
Pros:
- Looks cool
Cons:
- doesn't work
Best Used for:
- a paperweight

Great light
Robust housing; clever, quick picatinny Mount; easy to use lever switches between white and IR; thumb bar safety to prevent discharge of light. White is bright enough for around 75 meters. IR is more like a flood light under NVGs. Lights up dark shadows out to about the same distance. Great, low profile light.

Inforce Light
Performs well. Rugged and sturdy. Easy to mount and adjust as needed. White light is very bright. IR function works brilliantly (with NVG). Easy to activate light function and switch between white and IR output. I would highly recommend this light.
