What Can I Say? It's A Good Spring
Not much to really say besides that it functions flawlessly in my build. It's a spring. Paired it with Blitzkrieg's 9mm Hydraulic Buffer HD. Works well. I don't hear any metallic sounds. Just a soft recoil.
Perfect for a long barrel 5.56 build
Works like a charm, part of a larger overall solution, but at the end of the day, my rifle has very little recoil and keeps my eye on target, as well as on subsequent rounds—very high quality.
Pros:
- recoil absorbing
- Recoil = Gone
Cons:
- None
Best Used for:
- Long barrels
- Long distance accuracy shooting

No more thwanggg
Perfect for eliminating that weird noise from cheaper buffer tube springs.

AR10 Carbine polished buffer spring
Built an 18" AR10 using mostly Aero components. Had a flatwire buffer spring in that continuously had issues. Switched to this one, and rifle has operated flawlessly since. Highly recommend this product.

Nice n Smooth
The spring is polished nicely , and of course excellent service by optics planet for handling a return as well. It's nice that we can still talk to humans with some companies. Nothing else to say but optics planet insists so FJB all day , everyday and power to the people.

JP .308 Rifle Buffer spring
I use this spring in conjunction with a Kynshot HD5015 hydraulic buffer in an A5 buffer tube on my competition PCC. Recoil is minimum and the gun cycles fast with JP 9mm short stroke BCG. This combo is used by some of the top PCC shooters in USPSA. I'm not there yet, but using what works will help me get there.

Savage MSR10 Hunter happiness
My Savage MSR 10 Hunter is a .308 model. Several parts are proprietary. I tried the JPE Silent Capture system and that didn't work because of the BCG length. I wanted something to replace the tang and cheese grater sound of the factory spring. This was PERFECT! Smoothed out the recoil slightly and drastically reduced the twang. Suppressed and with a break, it's running like a Swiss watch. Thanks JPE and OP! I'll be getting more of these soon.

Exceptional Buffer Spring for 7.62x39mm AR build
Bought this spring as part of an overhaul of my 7.62x39mm AR-15 and not only does it provide glass smooth operation but it is also whisper quiet, no more grating twang. Well worth every cent and highly recommended.
Pros:
- Provides extremely smooth operation
- Whisper quiet
Cons:
- None
Best Used for:
- Carbine length .308, 7.62x39, 6.5 CM and other large caliber AR builds

Very nice, very affordable.
Purchased one of these in the OSC version for utilization in carbine builds with an adjustable butt stock. Was impressed with the high polish and great overall appearance. This is a high quality spring that softens recoil while at the same time facilitating bolt carrier function. It is quiet and with no apparent twang while in operation. Its good to go!
Pros:
- Easy to install
- High polish and appearance.
- Improves BCG function.
- Reduces felt recoil over standard spring.
Cons:
- None that come to mind.
Best Used for:
- Upgrade over standard spring.
