Nice product!
This is a must have for AR 15 parts. Works great as advertised. One of my gas rings went bad and I only had 2 in my spares kit. I ordered this with some skepticism and I have been pleasantly surprised. It works better than the 3 ring system for sure!

JP Gas Ring
I ordered 2 to replace my bad gas rings and both gave me less gas sealant than my bad gas rings I had, the bolt would move up or down with zero resistance wanted to ask for a refund but It wasn’t worth the hassle for 20 bucks
Nice concept. Poor execution.
I fell for it. I purchased several of these for both 5.56 and 6.5CM. Every bolt I installed these on fails the "stand up test". After installing these, I pull the bolt all the way out and place the BCG upright on a table and... it collapses meaning they are not creating a tight enough seal. They do not seal like the OEM rings I was replacing. I'm not falling for it again.

Easy to install
Rings are easy to install and an extra is a must for a replacement parts kit. Will be buying again when time calls for it.

Made to fit JP Bolts
I bough to replace the gas rings on Bear Creek Arsenal bolt. The gun would bit cycle with due to low gas pressure. When I measured the ourside diameter withba caliper the JP one pices ring measured. 03" less than the 3 pices set. I would not recommend these except for a JP Enterprises Bolt and Bolt Carrier Group.

I have these for the AR15 and AR10 platforms, and they work very well. They are easy enough to install and very well made. I highly recommend

these work great
I had a 6.5 Grendel BCA upper BCG fail the stand-up test. So I ordered these gas rings and changed them out. Stand-up test past and my cycling issues are gone. These are well made, and was an easy install. I highly recommend!

Wow- super low friction
Haven’t shot it yet, but amazed how much less friction these rings have over mil-spec.
This is an improved McFarland-Style one piece spiral ring. The precision edge grind actually makes for more surface area contact with the bolt bore, compared to both traditional 3 piece rings and the standard McFarland rings.
With Geissele enhanced BCG and this gas ring, the bolt will fully lock into battery under buffer spring pressure only if you slowly ride the bolt home with the charging handle. Butter smooth.
I only run one piece gas rings in my AR-15 and AR-10T.

Great product
I bought 2 of them for my Springfield Saint Victor and DDm4v7, both fit really well and made the guns cycled smoother specially when they ran dirty after couple hundred rounds. With my regular gas rings, when the gun were dirty it was hard to charge, but with the JP Rings, they had no problem charging (even when dry).

JP enterprises never disappoints i have a allot of their products, the gas rings are precision machined to minimize wear on your upper receiver, it takes little effort to use the forward assist with this and the jp ent. cam pin ....................................................................

JP Gas Ring
JP Enterprises single piece gas ring is premium as with all JP products I own. Not black as shown, though, which is why I bought exclusively from OpticsPlanet. Installation is a tad bit more challenging as well.
