Awesome Cali Compliant Option
The install for the juggernaut is a pretty simple task but a just little time consuming. Best to take the time to fl it right. Now that it is in place it is so freakin awesome on my Diamondback AR-15 versus the original setup. Just press the upper/bottom release button to crack it open and drop t...

Can lock up your AT
I purchased this Juggernaught Hellfighter kit to make my Ruger AR556 rifle California compliant. Kit installation was fairly easy, following the installation video on Juggernaught's website. I also removed my gun's California bullet button and installed a milspec magazine release. At first it seemed...

If you have to use one, this works great.
First of all I have to say that I only install this on my rifles under duress. If you live in a communist stinkhole of a state, you have to use a device such as this, and I've tried a few and settled on this one. If it was something that added a desired feature, I would say that it was a decent value (they always stick it to you when they know it's something you have to have), and that it was easy to install. Buy one if you can't afford to move somewhere that actually respects your God-given rights as a human.

A Decent Workaround
Putting aside the fact this device should have never needed to be invented, it does its job very well. It is easy to install and seems pretty durable, at least for moderate use. It can become a bit cumbersome when removing for maintenance and cleaning but is not impossible. My one gripe with this device has to be the tolerances for varying magazine types. When switching magazine manufacturers and material, this device seems to need very minor adjusting to engage the magazine catch properly. Without adjustments the magazines either need a firm slap to seat properly or even not seat at all. This is not a deal breaker when you adjust it properly for whichever magazine type you prefer and let's face it - who doesn't need more magazines? For anyone contemplating purchasing this magazine locking kit I offer this tidbit of information: The last round bolt hold open (LRBHO) is lost when this device is installed.
Pros:
- durable
- easy installation
Cons:
- Requires magazine specific adjustments
- Removal can be difficult
- LRBHO removal
Best Used for:
- compliance

awesome addition
This product is great. It just does what its supposed to do. And it's discrete, most people wouldn't even know what it is. That's why I like it.

Malfunctions.
Can’t take the upper off without having malfunctions with the knob. The spring gets locked and then the upper becomes frozen on the lower and you have to take the lower apart just to reset it. Awful system. Works for a while until you need to clean your gun and open it.

Pros and Cons of Juggernaut Mag Lock
Gernally speaking I like the Jugg lock more than other lockig systems. It's pretty easy to install if you have any experiece with working on ARs.
Personally, I would like it it the magazine lock that replaces the bolt catch still caught the bolt. I can see for speed of reloads it makes it a litle faster, but I don't like not having the ability to lock the bolt back.
Eventurally I'm going to convert the AR's already using the Jugg rear release pin to use mag stop from Hogue Freedom Fighter. The downside there is you have to drill a hole in the lower
