Just Works
Quality piece for the price. Install was easy and straight forward. Recommend using Blue Loctite for all screws as they are small, threads are fine, which means they won't handle much torque so the Loctite will ensure you just just make them snug without fear of them backing out.
Does fit mossberg 500/ mav 88
The metal construction of the mount is pretty solid, definitely not cheap feeling. Held on tight to the reciever after putting some slugs through the shotgun. Also the polymer shell holder is really sturdy on top of it. It did fit my mossberg 500 perfectly and could even switch the mount to my Maverick 88. The mount does have a space under the rail to use the front bead sight as well, which is great for if your optic goes down.

Attaches perfectly
I got a cheap Rossi 12g ST-12 it looked so similar to the Moss-berg 500 or even 590 and it installed great, all pins fit perfectly and so did the lug and bolt to secure it to the weapon. If it doesn’t work for you just return it!
