Fits and works real well.The lens shade allows for clear shots aiming into the sun.I prefer the 4in.shade,it shades the best and makes the scope reticle stand out clearer.When shooting into the direction of the sun, it can make the difference between making a good kill shot and a poor shot, or a miss.It could make the difference between hitting or missing the buck of a lifetime!

Got this for my Leupold VX-Freedom 3-9x40mm scope. It fit perfectly, looked good, and was shipped out very fast. My price comparisons showed that Optics Planet is equal or better than most. I've not gone wrong with anything I have ordered from this company.

Product was exactly as described and functions perfectly!! Shipping was excellent and price was spot on!! Shades were easy to install and even allowed for existing scope cover. Would highly recommend to anyone that will Hunt in high glare areas or times.

This works amazing! Often I like to go out to the desert to go shooting. When out shooting in in some of my favorite spots the glare is significantly reduced. I am able to see down range much better and the accuracy has improved! Thanks!

Placed on a Leupold VX-3i 4.5-14x50 #170713. Threaded in easily and sealed. Then placed a Leupold Alumina flip back 50mm lens cover on lens shade. It screwed in easily, adjusted cover hinge to top and it sealed fine. Very nice addition. I plan on leaving it on all the time. Matte finish matched finish on scope.
