Nice compact scope. To much money for this as it does not have throw lever or aluminum cap covers. If you but them it is around an extra $250.00.Not really worth the cost.

Great scope. Hope Leupold keeps it up. Wish Leupold would continue with the Mark 6 scopes.

I’m putting this optic on my 45-70 SBL. It will be used as a bear defense / camp protection / moose hunting rifle. This scope performs well in low light, it’s lighter weight than others in its category, it has a true 1x magnification that allows both eyes open shooting with a red dot and clean crosshairs. With a 1-5 magnification allowing me to reach out to 200 yards or better, these are all the features I was looking for. When I found out Leupold includes a ballistic calculator dial with the purchase I had to pull the trigger. It’s easy to order the dial just jump on Leupold website and provide the caliber and ballistics and they send you a custom elevation dial. Another reason to go Leupold is the scope caps, best in the business without a doubt. Expensive but worth it for me. The caps that fit on this scope can be purchased on optics planet as well.

Bought this scope for my AR and it is worth every penny. The glass is incredibly sharp and clear. I waited for dusk and this thing really shines in low light situations. Its extremely lightweight and feels really well made. Watched a few Leupold scope torture tests and I was really impressed. The firedot is daytime bright I had no issues seeing it in the Texas bright sun. The highest setting was too high and I had to turn it down. The auto shutoff is awesome and can save your battery life. In all I would HIGHLY recommend this scope. I'm definitely getting the 2-10 or the 3-15 for my hunting rifle.

Awesome scope indeed. Leupold solid quality as expected. Audible clicks and good feel of the turrets that can easily be re-zeroed. Very nice wide FOV, also came with the Leupold's standard Duplex Reticle that I am accustomed to. No doubt that this scope's performance will result in POA equals POI.
