Very nice slide, nicest one I've got now. Tungsten coating was great. Would have been nice to have the RMR cover plate. But since I put a sight on anyway, was irrelevant , plus I knew it didn't have it when I bought it, so I can't really complain. The cuts are nice, the finish in tungsten was gorgeous. No burrs, All the parts went on smoothly, and it runs smooth.

This was my first time buying a Gucci ported slide on the lower cost side and I was a bit skeptical at first. Youtuber "Vietac" turned me onto Live Free and I am so glad I went with this slide. I went with the RMR cut for my gen3 19 paired with a Holoson 509t x2 on the factory plate and have shot roughly 500 rounds after zeroing. My initial response and after watching some static video of myself, I noticed a significant reduction in recoil and weight. The slide is smooth, average gaps from frame to slide, no malfunctioins, slide locked every time on empty, and parts went in with a breeze. However, I did have to grind down my screw for the optic where it goes towards the extractor plunger. Take your time, grind a little bit at a time, and it works flawlessly. It should be expected, but it gets hot so something to keep in mind when doing press checks. Truthfully, my only critique would be the cerekote on the dovetail as it was a little thick so when installing my rear iron sights, I was concerned as it was grinding away what I thought was metal but quickly realized it was just paint. After every turn or two (every mm) I would just blow real hard and it would get out any paint coming off as to not build up and cause an issue. Overall, incredibly pleased with the quality, the look, and most importantly the functionality. Highly recommend and help support those midtown companies!

Great packaging and initial inspection! The fit and finish looks amazing - however, I will update after I've put some rounds through it! I'm pairing it with a LFA standard match barrel on a G19x style frame. I also ordered a LFA chamfered RMR cover in the matching color (NOTE: there is a V1 and V2 style cut to the rear of this slide and will determine which RMR cover plate you should order - this is not outlined in the description, but is very important to note! If you need a plate, I'd suggest waiting until your slide arrives so you can be sure which plate will match the rear design best). Would definetly purchase again, especially through Opticsplanet.com.

Absolutely love the addition of this slide to my sct frame. I mounted a 507 c optic and i love it. very good quality and reasonably priced.

After Almost A Month Of Waiting For The In Stock Slide To Arrive I Am Disappointed. Not With The Look But The Missing Cover And Hardware. I Read That It Would Come With It And One Of The Reasons For Purchasing It. I’ve Ordered Two Slides From Here And There Has Been A Issue With Each Of Them. I Have Mine Pair With A Zaffiri Gold Barrel And Looks Amazing! Definitely Don’t Sleep On This Slide

I don't have a long-term opinion on this slide yet, but upon arrival the finish was clean and everything was within perfect spec. Internals swapped over without any problems. The tolerances were a little tight, but perfect after racking a few times. Had no failures from the 50 rounds I tested. I'm running a 507 COMP and AMERIGLO .315"/.394" suppressor sights. Both fit perfectly and with normal sanding on the rear iron sight to press in. Overall I would say it's a great option for someone looking for a optic cutout or a unique looking slide. The look of it isn't really my thing, but the price for the cutout was. Long-term I do think the finish will start to wear easily, but I don't care about the looks of the gun as much as the functionality. Hope that helps you decide.

I've researched and purchased many items and Optics Planet by far is the best value on the internet. Everything order was delivered promptly. After upgrading my accessories I ventured to the range and the results were amazing. The majority of my custom Glock Slides are LFA. Found the brand to be very reliable and there are so many options to choose from. With the correct parts kit, you can build yourself a very decent and reliable slide that you can depend on. Their barrels are also very good quality. The material and finish on these slides are excellent and very rugged. I have a few full, compact, and sub-compact slides by LFA, with kits from Brownells, AimsSurplus, Lone Wolf and even OEM they all fit properly. My favorite slide for any pistol build. My next venture will be the Sig Series.
