Problematic Puck
The concept is ideal, but execution, reliability, functionality is flawed. Issues encountered during setup were connectivity to Xfinity/Netgear wifi router - incurred 6-10 attempts before successful connection via iPhone 11 Pro. Once connected was able to configure settings - BUT inconsistent wifi connectivity issues encountered (disconnected/reconnected) even though the wifi router (supports 2.4 & 5GHz) is 10 ft away from safe. It a Brick not a Puck
Will not work if you're using a Google cellphone (Google Fi) as the service provider is not supported. Lockdown support is of no help as have no idea of how the thing even works themselves. Customer support just reads a script questions that they answers for in front them. I asked two different representatives if they had ever installed or set one up, both answered NO!

Lack of customer support
Software issues at the start and advised to contact customer support. No information on how to contact customer support within or on the package. They will only warranty the item in an unopened original package. Do not waste your money.

It’s named puck for a reason
Because it’s about as smart as one. The literature touts how smart it is but I can open and close my safe repeatedly without an alarm. If you install a special magnet it detects better but I have cheap cellphones with better sensors. If you want it to run for more than 3 weeks you will need to plug it in to a USB plug or spend your life changing out batteries over and over again. Save your money, buy something useful like a hockey puck.

Looks like a nice idea but the software has problems!
Nice looking and well built but. The software has issues. It will not work on my Galaxy J3 Star phone. Loaded OK, setup my e-mail, and password. Would not let me login, "incorrect username or password. When I tried to reset my password it does not send a confirmation email. Nothing in my junk or inbox. I generally do not buy a product until it has been on the market for year.
