Fits perfectly
Rifle length handguard fits perfectly on an AR15 with a standard rifle length gas system, as well as a DPMS High Profile 308 with a standard rifle length gas system. No modifications required. The other reviewer probably didn't know what they were doing.
Solid, very solid . . .
I used to be big into free-float tubes / rail systems.
These days, I try to keep things simple enough for my little pea brain to handle . .
I picked up a used A2 20 inch that is going to be converted to flat-top because some idiot (not this idiot, for once) decided to dremel the feed ramps.
I just felt like dressing the piece up a bit, so I ordered these on sale.
Color me surprised when they fit perfectly and ended up with super tight fitment!
I mean seriously rock solid!
I don't much care about the Mlok features - I will add a light, but I could have mounted a light to the standard handguards.
But the easy install, the tight (secure) fit, and the great texturing are really nice, and I am really happy with the product!

Fits tight, no obvious play at all
Had to use a tool to pull back the delta ring, but maybe that just age. It fit really tight, no play at all. Final part of upgrade of older 20" AR-15 rifle to newer low profile flattop configuration. Look good too, reminds me a FAL.

Great upgrade
This took about 20 minutes to remove the A2 handguards and to install the MagPul unit. A great alternative to expensive and heavy AL free floating handguards to where you need a designated barrel nut. You use M-LOK accessories, so does this handguard. An excellent fit and made my 20" heavy barrel rifle a bit lighter.
It makes my AR feel like my old FAL handguard.
All this at a very affordable price tag.
If yo are thinking about purchasing this MagPul handguard, do so before you regret it and they become harder to find.

Great product, tight fit.
Very tight fit in the delta ring. This is not a bad thing. Couple taps with a rubber or non marring hammer, and you are good to go.

Magpul Handguard
Got the Magpul rifle length gandguard and couldn't be happier. Fit and finish are as expected with a Magpul product. Made the AR look and feel 10 times better. I would highly recommend this product if you're looking to upgrade from a heavy metal handguard.

Exactly what i wanted
I installed this handguard on my PSA dissipator upper and I absolutely love it. It’s comfortable in the hand and well crafted. Compatible with MLOK attachments which makes it easy and versatile over the standard A2 handguard. It’s also a very fair price gotta say this is a top notch item.

Should be new mil-spec standard.
I’ve purchased this handguard in the black color mid-length size. Now I’ve bought the olive drab rifle-length guard to replace my standard a2 handguard, and seriously recommend any potential buyer do the same. Magpul’s reputation proceeds itself’s, so a verbose explanation is not going to have much effect. This product is of high quality and was easy to install and has many features that standard ar2 guard doesn’t, for instance, m-lok slots, steel heat shield, and is lightweight compared to an aluminum rail system. Why any major military hasn’t adopted this system is beyond my comprehension.

Awesome Lightweight Handguard
A great, modern alternative to ribbed or classic plastic handguards for rifle length AR-15. Actually I got this for my Dissipator (faux) build.
