Most Helpful Positive Review Best way to free-float a FSB upper
I’ve purchased close to 10 Midwest Industries handguards and they have all been fantastic. This one is no exception. This is an excellent option to free-float and add modularity to a FSB carbine upper. Installation is a bit tricky without taking off the FSB, but it’s possible with a dremel, a pair of good needle nose pliers and a good amount of patience.

Great rail.

Why can't all rails be this easy and convenient to install. Fits perfect with the Adam's Arms piston. Very ergonomic and comfortable slim feel. The finish is excellent.

Impressive Alternative to Drop In

The fit and finish is superb. Anodizing is uniform, all the edges and lines are clean. Very lightweight. It just plain looks s€xy. The only thing that I would change (but doesn't detract from the rating because it's a personal preference), I wish they eliminated the built in QD swivels at the 3, 6, and 9 positions and replaced them with another mlok slot. Also, no swag sticker Midwest?! Come on!! Lol

Great Two-Piece Handguard

High quality handguard. Nice and solid free-float design. Removing the Delta ring and Handguard cap isn't too bad, just take your time and be careful. It really makes the rifle look better and the M-lok is great to have for a light, etc.

This is a very high quality handguard. I purchased a similar style handguard from a more expensive maker for another build. Could has saved some $$ and went with a Midwest Industries the first time! Solid feel, fit and percision part
