My Gen 4 17 FS had the worst stock trigger in existence. I own 6 Glocks, when I worked in sales for 7 years I probably sold over 5,000 Glocks, for some reason my Gen 4 17 FS had the worst trigger I’ve ever felt in a handgun in my life. With the standard OEM connector and all of the internals polished it broke at a very long, heavy, creepy 7.9 lbs (nowhere near the factory rated 5.5 lbs). Tried the stock minus connector, took it to 7.3 lbs, tried a Zev connector, took it to 7.1 lbs and added a ton of creep. Over 2k rounds through the gun the trigger never improved, it was the worst shooting handgun I own because of that trigger, my shots were all over the place with that gun. Idk if I got a lemon from the factory but the gun was reliable so I kept it. 7 years later (after leaving the gun in the safe for years and always contemplating selling it) I decided I was done with that stock trigger if I was going to keep the gun. Ordered this Overwatch trigger and WOW what a difference. Trigger breaks at 4.8 lbs, less over travel, shorter take up, WAY cleaner break. Again my stock trigger was horrible from the factory, over a dozen people unanimously agreed it was the worst Glock trigger they had ever felt stock, so if your trigger isn’t bad from the factory (most seem to do well with a connector swap and polishing) this Overwatch might not be as drastic of a change, but for my gun it’s not even a comparison, it’s a completely different gun and I have no intentions of selling it now.
