Great design and functionality
After using the first one I bought , I put one on every other scary black rifle in the safe. Phase 5 SEP is the best single point attachment in my opinion, most comfortable carry and ambidextrous. Well made!

Expected better quality
It is a decent looking end plate but the center location tab on the bottom of the one I received was to long. I had to file it down so I could get it on the buffer tube. Not the level of quality I would expect from a $30 part that costs over 5 times as much as the standard mil-spec part it replaces.
My First Phase 5 Weapon Systems Purchase
Nice QD ring. I chose this one because of its size so there is no interference with the buffer tube and stock adjustment. Plus, the cutout at the top offers a bit of style. But also because of the slight angle of the quick disconnect port. Fit nicely and the sling quick connect clicks in securely like it's supposed to. So far, I have no issues with this purchase. I will give Phase 5 Weapon Systems accessories a closer look in the future. Received from Optics planet without issue.

Seems Like it Would Do The Trick
I haven't fully installed this on my current build. I have however, test fit it to determine its ease of installation and aesthetics with my build. The FDE color is very similar to the other FDE products on my build - Magpul grip primarily. However, due to the shape of this end plate, not much surface area is left for the castle nut (~1/8") to properly torque down. I have recently purchased an armorer's wrench and magazine block with the intent of completing the install in the near future. The end plate seems to be well made and the part that protrudes into the lower receiver to assist with holding it in place is longer than a MIL-Spec end plate (which helps to keep it in place).

Good quality, matches my build
Looks a lot better than the regular endplate with an extra qd mount. Will i use it? I don't think so, but it's there if I do. Here's the major thing to know. If you have a magpul PRS lite this will not give you enough room to lock the buttstock in place

One of the better ones.
Fit and finish is good. The OD green one i bought is colored nicely and looks great. What is really attractive about the Phase 5 QD End Plate is how the QD mounting point is angled and extended out to get you away from the buffer a little. Makes for swiveling and on/off easier. Mounting position of this QDEP on the typical AR type weapon is desirable and helps to balance when slung single pount or two point. I have several P5 items and yet to be disappointed by any of them.

Phase 5 QD end plate
Very nice quality end plate. The design and angle of QD placement makes the swivel work much better than a flat unit. It makes adjusting smoother when attached to a sling. Looks great on the rifle as well. Would recommend to anyone thinking about it.

Poor finish - Dinged edges all around
Nicely machined but the coating is dinged all the way around and not very smooth. Poor finish. Looks like maybe they were dumped in bins en bulk after coating. Expected better for the price. Makes it looks ND feel cheap.

Simple yet sublime
There are many similar products out there that also do the job. This one is just a bit nicer. Machining fit and finish is just so nice. The sloped angle of the QD port is perfect. It is just a simple common component that is perfectly executed.
