Heavy hitter !
This stock feels and looks the part, it was an easy changeover. My Remington 700 SPS Varmint in.308 cal is a bit heavier now , but the extra weight is well worth the switch. With the built in bipod it is easy to set up for a shot. I like it for many reasons ,but a couple are it looks good and it is ...

Not a drop in fit! Mags will not lock into stock.
Installed on an older BDL receiver. First Problem: Had to remove stock material around the safety lever to get it to work smoothly. Second Problem: Once the receiver is installed the magazine catch will not engage the mag. Tried the mag that was issued with the stock, and other military issue ma...

The price should set your expectations
If you shop for a stock long enough you will see that this is a very cheap buy. The receiver dropped in and mounted just fine and the barrel is completely free floating. However, the stock is not uniform and there is a non-symmetrical gap along the barrel underneath the stock and it just looks cheap. The receiver itself is a snug fit and the screws threaded in just fine. The magazine catch did not catch the magazine so I had to use a Dremel tool to grind down the magazine catch after I disassembled it from the stock. Last downside to this stock is the bipod. It is non-adjustable and sticks inside of the stock itself and you have to pry it out with a tool. It is very cheap and sits crooked so the gun is not level while on the bipod. The upside to the stock is obviously the price and the ability to adjust the cheek pad and the butt stock for trigger pull length. If you are going to do any kind of serious target shooting I would recommend staying away from this cheap piece of plastic and get something of real quality.
Pros:
- Price, ergonomic, adjustable to shooter
- Price, ergonomic, adjustable to shooter, QD mount ready
Cons:
- Bipod is near useless, non-symmetric looks yucky, mag catch needs ground down, no standard bipod mount
Best Used for:
- Anything besides looking attractive and needing a good bipod
Would recommend: Yes

Archangel 700 stock
I love the stock but they sent too small of a rear trigger screw and won't replace just the screw making this very inconvenient as you can't shoot til the screw is replaced. They want to send the whole package back over one screw

Archangel 700 stock
Nice built bolted on with no additional fitting on a Remington 700 ADL varmint. It is a little heavy but that is fine for target shooting. The bipod it's not the greatest but it works just fine. The barrel is completely free floated.
Pros:
- Adjustability
Cons:
- Heavy
Best Used for:
- target
Would recommend: Yes
