9mm buffer spacer
The spikes tactical buffer spacer fits and works perfectly, the action cycles faster and seems to take some of the slap out. Much cheaper than buying a new buffer and spikes spacer is made of metal and will last longtime unlike the cheaper versions made of plastic. I would definitely recommend this...

Out of spec.
The spacer is too long. Does not allow bolt to travel far enough to engage the bolt catch. Seems to be well made but just doesn't fit. Waste of money, save yourself a few dollars and use about 2.25 in quarters instead.
buffer spacer
Ordered this as well as another set of spacers, this was a little more than I needed for my BM-9. This item is well made will be using it on another build.

Extremely well made and the finish is very good, has the cool Spikes tactical logo on it. Is the correct length for using standard length buffers in 9mm PCC's.

Save your LRBHO!
A simple but very effective product. I bought two of these for my AR9's. It stops the bolt travel just behind the bolt catch. If you have a last round bolt hold open (LRBHO), it'll stop the bolt just behind the catch so it doesn't have enough room to hit the catch and break it. I put a couple hundred rounds through the gun with the spacer installed and it didn't hinder performance at all.

too thick for standard buffer
I'm using a standard AR buffer tube (inside length measured from back of buffer tube to retaining pin 7 1/16"), standard AR buffer and carbine spring and spacer will not allow the bolt to retract enough to engage bolt catch. Tried this spacer in two other ARs and same thing.
Thought I could use the spacer instead of a stack of quarters in my AR9 build but just too thick. Be nice if Spikes could make a lightweight aluminum adjustable spacer.
