quality shim kit, from a quality comany.
They are shims, they do what shims do and shim.
Single use only except for the thick one.
Be aware some of the shims are fragile and will deform if not carful.

Quality shim kit
This kit is excellent for free float rail applications where the rail system uses a timed barrel nut, and indexing is critical.

A must for lightweight builds
Steel barrel nuts can be torqued anywhere from 30 to 70 foot pounds. Not so aluminum alloy BNs. Beyond 45 you may damage it, have to replace and start over. This kit allows for correct timing from 30 to 45 with any barrel extension. I have not found a shim kit as complete as this.

Good extras
I haven't used but it is always great to have extra parts around. They look well constructed. Great value. I like the most because they have variable sizes which could be used to resolve any shim problem.

Simple but works when needed
Great product for various handguards. Always good to leave a gap between rail and upper receiver, truly free float that barrel. Some rails can benefit from the use of these, universal and works well
