Solid guard

It's a solid handguard for the price. The barrel nut was a little tricky but eventually worked out with the right amount of spacers that come with the product. I run the strike industries blast deflector, which it says it will with inside the guard and it did. After some banging and twisting, it's a very tight fit! After some rounds heating it up, it was way smoother to remove and put back on.

So far, so good

I got this for the additional clearance under the handguard without being overly large. It does feel good, and i think it will be fine for playing. The rail section on top is a little short for full pressure pads. I like the anti-rotation tabs, and the barrel nut took a few shim adjustments to get it aligned, but not bad.

Great fit and finish. Mounting and Lock up is very solid. Barrel nut design is easy easy to time. Feels great in the hand…no burrs or sharp edges. Highly recommend Strike industries stuff. Great experience with optics planet. Fast processing and shipping.
