Simple and effective

I was looking for ear protection that I didn't have to worry about charging. I'm a fan of the triple flange ear plugs; they form a good seal and do what they are intended to do. Simple and effective.

Perfect fit

This is the second pair I have owned. The first pair lasted 10+ years. I lost them when I forgot to put them back in my range bag after a recent class. Comfortable and reliable. I hope this pair last just as long. I have also used these to sleep during a long flight.

Back up protection

SureFire Sonic Defenders Plus

So I bought these for my girlfriend because I don’t want her to wind up like me and have permanent hearing loss and tinnitus. When I saw the price tag on these I wasn’t sure what to expect Because you know expensive is usually better right, wrong. I pick these up for just under $14 and I got to tell you I am super impressed with the way they function when the little plugs are pushed in the noise dampening is exactly what you would expect from an earplug unique part is when you unplug them it muffles all the high highs and low lows. I have to admit that it’s really nice to be able to plug one ear completely and leave the other just slightly open so we can have a conversation or hear somebody on the firing line. My girlfriend definitely give it a big thumbs up and I will too as soon as I get myself a pair I’ve been stealing her is when she’s not using them.

  • Storage cases handy to have set the lanyard

  • Not enough protection with a SBR
  • Use plugs with ports open and muffs with SBR

  • Perfect for anyone who is looking for inexpensive your plugs that are super comfortable and allow you to leave them in and not take them out just so you can talk to some one.

Surefire is a Surefit...

I have preferred these for years using them in my trade in construction. Several sizes available to custom fit you ear size and maximum comfort too. Plus the option to totally plug out ALL the sound with the smaller plugs. The lanyard helps to keep them ready to use. You can't miss with these.
