Reviews & Ratings for Tactical Precision Manufacturing TPM .30 Cal. 5/8x24 Titanium Muzzle Brake — 7 reviews — Page 1

I've been shooting well over 40 years. My shots with this were not only drifting but an inch or two in every direction. I put the standard bird cage back on and my grouping 50 yards were on point. Yes I was using the same ammo. Do not recommend.

Nice Brake, excellant quality for the price you can't beat it! Would defiantly recommend! Looks much better than a thread protector and serves the purpose when not using a can.

I feel like the brake works very well and a nice and small good fit on my rifle.

Everything else I could burrow from friends threads on my barrel just fine. This product does not. It took lots of time basically re threading it all the way down for it to go on. Also feels cheap and light.

Installed on a Tikka T3 270 Winchester. Great fit, matched the barrel and cut down on recoil.

I’ve used this brake before, with excellent results. They’re super lightweight, well-made and very effective at reducing recoil. First hiccup with an order from Optics Planet after buying from them for years, but they made it right. I received the wrong brake so first CSR who took my call frustrated me in telling me there would have to be an investigation (even after I emailed a photo) before they could help, even after I offered to pay for the correct one and wait for a return credit, as hunting season is about to begin in Montana. I was promised a return call, waited a few days, then called again, this time a different, and apparently more experienced CSR answered. I was able to not only order the correct brake, but they agreed to waive 2-day shipping costs due to their error. I have the correct brake, will sight-in my rifle this weekend and be ready for the season opening. Great job of making things right, Optics Planet!

Excellent muzzle break. Reduced the recoil of my 300 win mag by 50%.
