The best two stage AR trigger
As advertised, extremely short distance to break the second stage, and exact distance to reset due to zero over travel.
It is a two stage trigger but you can also run it like a single stage in case of self-defense or similar situations.
There is no need to learn the stages of this trigger. After you...

Be Aware this is NOT the adjustable model
Awesome product, be aware that this is not an adjustable trigger like it states in the description. When I purchased I thought I was getting the adjustable model thus why only 3 out of the 5 stars, otherwise everything is very nice.
Trigger tech AR-10 trigger.
I have Triggertech triggers in all my AR rifles. They are manufactured very well, easy to install and work flawlessly. I have tried the others at Shotshow, but will always purchase Triggertech.

Triggertech AR10 competitive curved
This is my second Triggertech trigger and am extremely satisfied. I’m a fan of the two-stage 1911 type pull and find on these units the pull is extremely smooth, the break is glass-rod like with almost no over travel and a positive reset. They truly are some of the best triggers on the market and worth their price. My particular trigger broke at 4# which isn’t as described but for me acceptable for my application and may be due to my cheap analog trigger pull gauge. I’m hoping that it lightens up some with use. One thing to note which was the main reason for writing this review…I installed this trigger on a older Gen 1 DPMS LRT SASS .308 and the trigger guard on this particular rifle is flat and not removable as compared to what we now see on more modem AR lower receiver designs. I found that upon installation the trigger shoe was about 1/32” or so too long and contacting the trigger guard leading to malfunction. A few swipes of a file on the bottom of the trigger shoe fixed the issue and I can’t blame triggertech for running into such a minor issue on an AR10 lower design creeping up on 20 years old but it is food for thought especially for those looking at the straight trigger shoe model on the not-so-standard AR10 platform. Happy shooting.

Best Ar10 fixed trigger!!!
Took forever to decide curves or flat trigger, so glad I picked the flat one. The machining and quality were exceptional, you pay for what you get. Never tried any other brands of drop in trigger, after my first triggertech I don’t think I ever will. Paired with radian talon safety selector, I have had zero issues and feel comfortable letting my family members use this. I chose this over a Timney even. 3.5lbs seemed to be the perfect sweet spot, in my opinion.
Pros:
- Quality, second to none
Cons:
- Have not experienced one yet
Best Used for:
- Competition, plinking, hunting

great trigger
There's a lot of good AR triggers out there these days and this is among the best I have used. I really like the two stage design they use. The first stage is very light and short but it is there. Running it fast feels like a single stage yet you have that tiny bit of take up for bench shooting. I honestly don't see a need for a lighter trigger than this. The break is super crisp and on par with high quality hunting rifles I own.

amazing trigger
I kinda resent this trigger because it makes everything else feel like grainy dog $h!t in comparison. I can't imagine the need for a lighter trigger even for long range competition. This thing breaks like a glass toothpick and the reset is microscopic. They say the two stage pull is designed to feel like a high quality 1911 and it might be even better.

AR10 trigger
It’s not my first trigger tech , love these triggers best on the market, but was the first one I have bought from OpticsPlanet, every where else includes the walking pins OpticsPlanet doesn’t!! I didn’t even think about it cause they have always came with the trigger , this was my third triggertech trigger I have purchased …. Very disappointed in OpticsPlanet!

Triggertech competitive trigger
Description on Optics Planet site plainly states 2.5 to 5lb pull with 2oz increments. Trigger I received is a fixed 3.5lb trigger. Not satisfied with the misrepresentation as I purchased due to adjustability. Other than that trigger seems really well built and very easy to install
