This guy has no idea ^
Almost no scopes are made in the usa. Japanese manufacture is high end. Nightforce and vortex razors are all made in Japan. Made in Japan is a good thing not a negative, they have much more experience with it. Its not China guys.. come on.

Big disappointment-trijicon accupower 1-4x24
Didn't take long to see that I must return this scope , it may be entry level trijicon scope , but it's not a quality product , especially at its price point . The illuminated cross hairs bleeds out , or rather is refracted across the glass giving off a distorted picture and a rainbow effect , not w...

Not trijicon quality
The eye relief is the biggest seller on this scope. At 3.5 inches that’s hard to beat, but it is a lower powered scope. The glass is… ok but not even close to what I expected. But the bending around the edge at 4 power is hard to ignore. The brightness of the illume works fine for me. I was comparing magnification and clarity between this scope and my Eotech and g33 and at 100 I literally can not tell a difference in magnification but the clarity of the Eotech is far better. Future buyers, read these reviews and take the bad ones with a grain of salt. But if you’re expecting acog clarity this is not the scope.
Pros:
- Price
Cons:
- Glass clarity not so great
- bending around edges
Best Used for:
- Plinkin
- would not use on my SHTF rifle

excellent scope
Bottom line, and every Benchrest shooter knows this. The best Optics on the planet come from Japan, There is a huge difference between Japanese glass and Chinese glass. Deon optics of Japan who make March Scopes and make the glass for Nightforce are among the elite along with Shot glass like Trijicon, Arken EP4 model, Tract Toric. Trijicon has never advertised this scope as USA made anywhere. Rest assured if it says made in Japan its darn good, The Japanese take a lot of pride in their work and dedicate there life to there profession.
Pros:
- High quality japanese glass
Cons:
- None
Best Used for:
- Tactical shooting

OUTSTANDING rifle scope!
This is THE perfect rifle scope to compliment the lever action rifle. The field of view, exceptional eye relief, magnification
and very high quality glass make this invaluable in the whitetail deer, bear and hog hunters tool belt!
Very high quality construction, durability and ease of use makes this offering by Trijicon a top tier piece of kit.

Pretty good quality scope, but maybe not the best at this price point
Let me start by saying that I love Trijicon products and already own a number of ACOG and RMR optics, so I figured I'd give one of their LPVO options a shot. The glass is pretty good from edge to edge, the reticle is great for fast target acquisition, and the illumination is bright enough to be usable other than in the dark. I really like the minimalist throw lever, and overall, it feels like a durable scope that will take a beating and last for a very long time.
On the other hand, the 1-4 magnification was a bit on the low side when the scope was introduced, and while this model is falling behind as 1-6 and 1-8 are becoming the norm and 1-10 has hit the market, the low magnification does allow for a decent eyebox at this price point. That said, I bought a Vortex Viper PST Gen II 1-6 a few months after the AccuPower, and the Vortex in my opinion is a better optic than the Trijicon in almost every way for about the same price.
So, would I buy it again? Yes, but only if I wanted the super-quick circle reticle for 1x magnification while maintaining decent BDC functionality at 4x magnification. It's a really good all-around optic, which suits its current purpose just fine, but there are more competitive options which have hit the market since its release which might be a better fit for your specific application.

Perfect lever gun optic
I put this on my 1895 sbl with warne quick detach rings and it’s perfect. Great optic. Much more lightweight than other lpvos and pairs great with the 45-70. It’s nice to see it offered in a simple duplex as well.

A Great Choice for a Versitile LPVO.
While I love a light weight TA-31 Acog paired with an RMR, as much as the next guy, i couldn’t afford for do I need a 1k + optic on every rifle I own. Nor do I want the price tags or hearty 34oz w/mount 1-8x accupower to lug around. As, even with mount this is half the cost& 8-10oz heavier w/mount as it sits on the rifle. The glass is very good. It’s not as clear as the acog, but I would never expect it to be, and is very much a barging at under 600$ for a carbine that will do every thing well but nothing spectacular. The complaints of its made I. Japan, are amusing. As many quality scopes come out of Japan, if a little research was done on the users part. Knobs are not ultra crisp and not mush either. Middle ground but given it’s a BDC reticle, it’s set it and forget it so non issue, at least for me. While reticle could be brighter, I think it’s more than usable in most lighting conditions, except the brightest day, which the reticle being etched works fine. As the reticle is always crisp and well defined, which I prefer over a bloom or an excessively lit scope. Overall. This is 1/2 scopes I’m going to buy a second of as it’s a nice little optic that scores high in most areas, as I think it’s unfair to hold a $600 scope to the same standards your hold a Night force nx8 so realistically speaking I feel this a good overall value, quality construction, solid feel, good bdc reticle. My only gripe which is more of a preference is it wouldn’t kill Trijicon to include the extended ...

Perfect CQB-Mid Range Optic!
I mounted this on my PWS MK111 using a Warne mount and all I can say is that it is perfect! It's a Trijicon, so you know the durability is second to none, and the BDC reticle is incredibly close, even though its for a 16" barrel and not my 11.5". For an SBR or pistol build, this is a phenomenal optic option. I also have a second one ready to go for my DMR/Recce build. The clarity is great at 1 or 4 or anywhere in-between, I honestly couldn't ask for a better LPVO, especially at the price point.
Pros:
- Durability
- Quality
- cost
Cons:
- None
Best Used for:
- defense
- CQB
- Short range
- mid range
- Dangerous game

Sub par in almost every aspect
Glass is inferior to my Leupold Mark AR Mod 1 1.5-4x. Illumination is not daytime bright, even on a cloudy rainy day at "11." The mil-sqare reticle is so tiny it is unusable. Windage and elevation adjustments are too easy to move and too fine, it's too easy to go past where you want and I often end up clicking 2 or 3 instead of 1 when counting. It's no wonder these scopes are on the way out. Diopter adjustment is nice though compared to the locking ring screw method on my Leupold.
Pros:
- Diopter adjustment
- On/off intervals on illumination dial
Cons:
- Poor illumination
- Mediocre glass
- Squishy adjustments
- Useless reticle
Best Used for:
- A disappointment
Would recommend: No

Would have given it 5 Stars but...
Love this scope, love the reticle, love the clarity, love the field of view. One this I strongly dislike is the illumination is not even close to being daylight bright. Sadly I'm in Florida where it's always sunny and I have yet to shoot with this scope with overcast skies. It might as well be turned off to save battery for when it's useful. All in all it's a grrat scope for the money.

Great Short Range Scope
I wanted something for short ranges but lighter than an ACOG with variable power. This works very nicely. Fit and finish is great, and I would expect this optic to hold up to some abuse. Glass is crystal clear. Turrets click nicely and cleanly. And focus and zoom rings are firm but not too tight. The only criticism I have after a month of ownership is the return to zero feature on the elevation knob locks in between hash marks on the top turret. No big deal.
Pros:
- Price
- Trijicon quality
- 30 mm tube
- glass and turrets
Cons:
- return to zero
Best Used for:
- short range applications
