Does not perform as advertised. Inadequate illumination and glow on this Trijicon CP25F to do any good. Can't see it in any degree of low, partial, or full darkness. Not worth the money. Very disappointed.

trijicon front sight post

It’s trijicon and it’s a great replacement for standard stock front sight post. Easy install. Trijicon includes an installation tool and a spring adjustment casing to replace the old spring adjustment casing. Trijicon makes quality products and upgrades can be necessary so buy it and replace the old front sight post

AR front sight post

Installed this on a KelTec Sub 2000 inside a Red Lion front sight and it works great. Easy to see and easy to install. If you want something other then the stock flat black front sight post I would highly recommend one of these.

Good improvement over the stock a2 post sight

It is a great addition to any rifle hands down. Day shooting it very suddle. And it truly helps when your on the move. The best thing is going in to dark from the light it glows nice. It just appears in your view as a result best for night shooting you can find. And at a good price.

It broke after 200 rounds

I purchased 2 of these 3 weeks ago and installed both .. I was at the range today dialing one in and after firing 200 rounds downrange, the sight fell apart .. the top sight adjustment and the bottom screw in section .. Optics Planet said to contact Trijicon and I am waiting for their response .. I would definitely not recommend these sights at this time and I am extremely apprehensive about their reliability ..

CP25F AR front sight

Nice quality. Easy install. Narrow post, like original part; Hence very small light dot. Better than no light at all, but don't expect too much from it. Works like a charm!

Surprisingly bright when actually used for night applications, indoor and out. Better for target aquisition at in the dark. Useful on night patrols or setting up ambushes (?) Great product for the cost.

Not worth the price

The trijicon front sight post is hardly illuminated at all. Maybe I got an old one, since the trijicon element doesn't last forever, but I can hardly see the slight green dot.

The sight is difficult to adjust as the enclosed tool doesn't have legs long enough to turn the sight AND depress the detent. Must use a small screwdriver to depress the detent, then the tool will turn the sight.

Excellent quality you would expect from Trijicon. Very bright and draws the eye. I can't believe I waited this long for this upgrade. Comes with tool, so no extra cost. Pairs up nicely with my rear Trijicon Troy Dioptic Battle sight. Two thumbs way up.
