Surprisingly good sight
A fixed front sight is simple but the details matter. I’ve used another popular brand’s FFS and when you tighten it you’re slightly bending the side of the sight to grip the rail. This sight has a 2 piece claw that works better. I like the recessed screw as well. The best part is the HK style sight protector wings. I was skeptical about them but they really do line up well with the rear aperture for a great snap sight picture. That is dependent on your aperture and sight radius so it might be different on your gun. The sight is ver solid.
Troy fixed sight
Troy iron sights are my go to sights for my AR rifkes and pistols. I have several that I don't fold down and these are a less expensive alternative to the folding ones.

I purchased this to pair with my Unity Tactical 2.26" RDS. Unfortunately, the sight is taller than my Magpul and Midwest Industries front sights, and it is visible through the red dot. Very annoying to me, so i took it off. I cant return it now because i used it, which is a bummer. Looks like im buying another Magpul front sight. This would work great as stand-alone iron sights. But im not a fan for using them as BUIS because of the height of the wings.

Does the job - very nice quality
I’m a sucker for a fixed front sight post. I use this on my Sig MPX paired with a folding rear and an Eotech.
It’s light weight and locks up solidly with no give.

Troy fixed front HK style
Great quality. Unquestionably sound gear. Like the rounded form. I am pairing it with the Troy folding rear site with an Eotech optic.

This little mounted simply with a flat head, changed out the post with a nitrite chevron.

Excellent sight
If you need a simple and quality front sight; this one is perfect. Would totally buy again. And its made by Troy so it's a ni brainer. It has a similar look to a A2 front sight. It is a single chunk of aluminum machined to perfection. If i haven't said it already... its made by Troy so duh; get it.

Fantastic Sight
I REALLY like these sights; I have several of them on different weapons as backup iron sights and they are spot on. I love the "HK" style look as well. They install easily and quickly. The front post is adjustable and adjusts using a standard front sight tool. They look good and will last.
