This Troy HK Front Fixed Battle Sight is a standard height and alternative for an A2 front sight. So yes it will work with a carry handle rear sight.

Probably the only fully serrated front sight out there, so it shows up a bit cleaner on the bright open sun. It works with the magpul PRO rear sights so thats always convenient. Also it is a standard a2 height as stated on the TROY weight.
