Rock Solid Grip
I actually ordered a grip made with polymer and was not pleased with the feel, look, or quality. Optics planet made it simple to exchange and I am glad I did. extreme wear
The grip itself is good, but my god when you pay $70 for a grip you expect it to be somewhat new. This thing looks like it went through the entire global war on terror and then got packaged up and sent to me. The screw is pretty stripped as well so not functioning great. If it was new 5/5
For A Specific Purpose…
There is no doubt about it, this grip is one of the most solid on the market… but for good and bad reasons. The bad: it’s one heavy grip. I don’t think I realized the differences on what a few oz would make. For my build with a bipod and 15” OG Quadrail system, this grip was just a little too heavy for me. The Good: it’s solid and quality. The metal that this is made of appeared to be extremely well crafted, and I liked the battery storage on it as well. It’s not metal just to be metal, it’s meant to withstand some punishment. If weight isn’t a factor for you, this is the perfect grip.
Pros:
- well built
- battery storage
- Textured grip
Cons:
- Heavy
- A little pricy
