This has a poor finish. The knurling is nice but there is not split ring keeper on the rod. Spend a bit more and get a bit more.

This dust cover assembly from trybe was perfect for my budget build. No complaints

Works very well, good way to distinguish caliber of ARs if you have different cal.

Very easy kit, I love not having to deal with the C-clip. Only complaint is that I wish they sold a blank dust cover model. Everything else about it is perfect.

Uneven print one side is dark and the other is lighter. The font size don't appear to match. The log is crooked, etc. I wish we could add pictures so that buyers could see how no two are alike.

I ordered an assortment of the laser marked dust covers for all the different calibers I have. The only one that you should not expect to be correct is the 223 Rem. 1) it is not marked with "223 Rem" on the closed side, on the open side it had the Trybe icon. 2) when I received it was marked with "223 Wylde" and on top of that the writing was upside down. OP sent me out a new immediately but it was still the same issue. I didn't bother to call OP about again. I just painted over the Wylde part.
I called the manufacturer to let them know about the issue but they don't actually make it, they have it all farmed out. No real quality control at least to know if it is being marked correctly. Otherwise they work great. Might have to grease the detent to make sure it will function smoothly. Depending on your upper you might have to figure out how to do each one individually to remove and replace. Minor adventure :).

I had already installed the barrel and barrel nut, so I was unable to install the dust cover with the hardware provided. I didnt want to re-torque the barrel nut since it was already timed with the gas tube. I will be getting different harware to use the labeled dust cover. Wouldn't have been a problem if I wasn't already halfway done with the build.

I’m seeing some of the other reviews and I didn’t have any of their problems. I think they figured it out because this product was fantastic and came with everything. I am very pleased with my purchase.

The item that I actually received was different than the description. It was still Trybe Defense and it still had the "5.56 NATO" words on it; but it only had a normal bar with a little C-clip. There was no knurling. It worked; but I was expecting a knurled bar...

It's exactly as pictured At first I thought the C clip was missing. Because it was not included..I haven't installed it yet .
