Good thing I have access to a machine shop to finish deburring and making the gas tube hole the right size. At that price I should have assumed that it would come as a DIY kit. Buy something better.

tight tolerance, good price

This is a solid low profile block. ID was exactly 0.875”. Gas port is a hair over 1/8” making it easy to align over just about any barrel’s port. My one complaint is that there were no set screws with it. Not hard to find, but it should have come with them!

Missing screws

The gas block came in a sealed package and was missing the screws to mount it to the barrel. The dis rip toon states that it come with screws but did not. The product did not come as described. I don’t know if it’s a problem with optics planet or the manufacturer themselves.

Good quality low price

I bought this gas block for my micro 7.62x39. Fit my barrel perfect and feels like its made solid apparently holds up to 7.62x39 in a 4.75 inch barrel too which speaks to its durability. I have no doubt if you check your barrel dimensions 1st you will be happy with your purchase

Works well, needs size dimensions

Good fit and locks down great and does cycle well. It’s too big for two of my mlok tubes, had to grind down the bottom so I could get it to fit and be free floated. There’s a lot of extra material at the bottom so grinding it down a little was no problem. Great price, watch your hand guard tube size.
