The two muzzle brakes that I bought was fantastic. They did exactly what I wanted. It definitely help me with the accuracy of my rifle. I would definitely suggest this to another person. They are very loud, but you know what I’d rather have loud and accurate.

My most commont muzzle device

I love these and have them on probably half of my AR's. They are a true 'combo' device that performs. I get great muzzle control and a 'bit' of muzzle flash reduction. Not as good as a dedicated flash hider but the ability to keep your multi-taps on target makes it worth it. Great materials and construction.

  • louder than straight-up flash hiders
Best Used for:
  • competing shooting sports
  • Staying on target , quicker follow up shots

way more value than I anticipated

I bought this hesitantly knowing that most of the ranges in my vicinity are indoors. Many of the reviews I read highlighted they are extremely loud and release make concussive force at your range neighbors. However, from talking to many that have shot next to me, no one has really had any issue with it. With that concern at rest, I fell in love with this upgrade. Eliminate muzzle flip, softens recoil and improved accuracy on my MP15. Also works as a decent flash hider.

14.5" barrel pin and weld

Already had one an a2 flash.removed that and pinded and welded the vg6 looks great so built second upper and both ran great at the range this weekend. Perfect answer to the pistol brace bs. Works as advertised.

VG6 Precision EPSILON 556SL

Great aesthetics and slight felt difference in muzzle control - I would recommend this product.
It tooks some encouragement to get this to fit snug on my mp2 upper but I managed. Overall from time of unboxing it took approximately 20min.

love this brake…especially in NJ (and other anti-gun states)

This muzzle brake is great. Being in NJ, I have to pin any muzzle device to my barrels…this allows NJ to discourage illegal use of suppressors. This brake comes predrilled for a pin. On top of that, it’s 0.745” in diameter, so if you need to take the gas block off for any reason, the block carefully slides right off over the brake without having to drill out the pin and redo it afterwards. Anyone in a state that needs their muzzle device permanently attached, I’d highly recommend this!! Love all Aero Precision products!!!

Quality brake

I only got the SL version because it was on sale, my gas journal is 0.625" so I can't use or speak to the gas block slide over feature. It does look great on the end of a pencil barrel, it's not super bulky like some others. The predrilled pin and weld hole was nice, I'm glad they put it on the bottom it helps my ocd lol

Amazing control

This brake/flash hider works amazing. Controls both the barrel rise and the flash during firing. First time I've ever used it for a build, but will definitely be using again in the future. Especially like that the gas block can be installed or removed without effecting the brake.
