I got this specifically for my KelTec Sub 2000 because of the throw leaver mount. It holds zero perfectly with the recoil of 9mm and the hight of the mount is tall enough that the fixed iron sights don't obscure your feild of view, if the optic fails you don't need to co-witness, just remove the optic. What I do when I fold the carbine is I remove the optic and re attach it to the under side of the rail facing towards the muzzle, then I sighted the green laser in this position so if seconds count and I can't mount the optic on top when I deploy the carbine the green laser is sighted to be used on the bottom rail to be fired from the hip. I will say however that the laser adjustment itself is very coarse and touchy, it moves dramatically for a very minute turn of the screws and there is no discerning "click" when you do this so be very careful with a steady hand.
Pros:
- Green laser visible in direct sunlight at self-defense distances
- Afffordable
- easy to install
- Easy to sight in and use
- Blue dot easier to see than red for the colorblind
Cons:
- special battery
- Laser adjustments loose
Best Used for:
- Keltec Sub2000
- Small caliber carbines and rifles

First of all let me say I was pleasantly surprised by the start regarding the construction of this red dot sight. I have owned various Trijcon and EOTech products so I can match price point and quality of construction. This little red dot is fairly solid as is the QD mount. The housing of the red dot is fairly stout. I like the fact that it has a quick release, as this is very handy to this writer. The controls are placed in an awkward position but I quickly adjusted to the location and had no problem with it. I personally have no use for a blue dot because of my astigmatism and how it blooms for me. Can the red dot be better, yes of course, but for the price point it is good enough. Is this red dot going on a personal defense Carbine, no. It is going on a fun little 9 mm carbine build that I recently finished. Would I trust my life on this piece of equipment, no, but then again that is not the purpose of this particular application on my carbine, those duties are relegated to my Trijicon and EOtech products That are battle proven. Having an integrated green laser is a really nice plus for the price point. It is very rare to find a green laser integrated on a small red dot package like this one. That green laser can be seen quite a bit away at night time. I normally do not use lasers but this one is going to be fun to play with at night. For the price, it can’t be beat. If this is not going on a personal defense weapon where the red dot needs to remain on continuously and you...

Controls are awkward, red and blue dot are both fuzzy. The green laser is crisp but again the control is not easy to use. The housing is solid. The lens covers provided are impractical and are only good for storage purposes. The quick locking base mount is very good.

Once turned on this is a decent sight, but the controls are far from reliable. The instructions state that the two adjustment buttons should be pressed simultaneously for a couple of seconds, but it takes several attempts before the reticle illuminates, making the sight useless for defense applications.
Pros:
- Price and install ease
- price and install ease

Haven't shot it yet, I'm building the platform for it literally as we speak, won't be subjected to high recoil, seems to be decent build quality, you get what you pay for-it's not a top-shelf optic but it seems to be well made/finished, sale price was nice I have a feeling it will fit the bill
Pros:
- Good standard height, big battery
- Good price and warranty
Best Used for:
- Rifle build with a budget

Stopped working after 2 days. Never been used in the field. When I received this sight it worked just as advertised. it sat on my gun vault for 2 days until I went to mount it on my AR. noticed it wasn't working so I replaced the battery and still didn't work. Tried 5 different batteries and still didn't work, not even the laser. The batteries were good and checked them in my other optics and the batteries were just fine. My First time trying a Vism and will be my last.

Best reflex w/ laser scope by far, in this price range. There are better ones out there, but for 3-4X the money. I was pleasantly surprised with this scope. It holds true and the laser is bright enough to be useful in daylight.
Cons:
- Only con is I have not really used it long ...to see how durable it is in some adverse conditions

This red dot is super small. Laser is very bright and strong. The quick connection is nice. Only draw back is it's so small it toy like! The controls on side are small too. Blue and red dot are bright.
