Great Value

I have used some fine glass over the years and this is a a great optic for the price. Mounted it on a "budget" long range gas gun. Tracks well. Picture is sharp. Eye box is good at high magnification. My only knock is the adjustment feel. Like most of you, just don't like a scope with mushy adjustments. Nice audible and tactile click but just doesn't have that solid stop.

Not what I expected for a mid-range scope. Optical clarity is excellent. It improved my long-range accuracy and eliminated my need for a spotting scope with its 6-24 zoom.

Vortex Diamondback tactical scope

The Vortex scope is an excellent scope for a reasonable price. The 50mm objective and 30mm tube provide a clear, bright image. The FFP crosshairs are extremely fine, and allow precision aiming. I use this model scope on each of my 3 target .22 rimfires as well as my 7mm mag deer/elk rifle

I absolutely love this scope. The glass is good the scope tracks well through all the adjustments and it generally just does everything well. It has every feature I need and they all function as advertised. I would absolutely buy this again.

So far it seems like a great unit. If you’re putting on any sort of AR, you’re going want to get a nice riser mount and make sure you get tube size correct.
