Excellent glass, even better customer service

The Razor HD 27-60x85 delivers exactly what I expected. The image quality is sharp and bright edge to edge, and the build feels solid. I did have an issue with the eyepiece right out of the box, but Vortex sent me a brand new replacement, no questions asked. That kind of service is why I keep buying Vortex. Highly recommend this scope and the company behind it.

Vortex Razor HD 27-60x85mm

Great upgrade from my previous scope. The clarity is great. The view is very bright and sharp right to the edge of the field of view. This will probably be the last spotting scope that I need to purchase. I paired this with a Vortex High Country II tripod and couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.

Bought this to replace an older Fujinon scope for birding. Very bright,edge to edge clarity and great focusing ring. Easy adjustable eye cup. Eye relief is a little short with glasses but overall quality comparable to scopes costing thousands more. Would compete well with all but the highest priced glass. At 50% off this was a steal.

My New Spotting Scope

This is the second Vortex spotting scope I have purchased. I use it for watching the ships go in and out of Duluth Harbor on Lake Superior. Th last one I had was great but with this higher quality glass and 86mm the definition is incredible!
